Paragon Update will probably be like a dump
Went into some crazy non-stop research mode about health. The one I had last September was about optimizing physical alignment but structurally and biomechanically. This was different.
Stint with the doctor
Fell sick for the third time in 3 months. Went in to see a doctor, got some tests done. Tried to inquire more (genuine curiosity) about my situation, but got hit with generic advice and consistent recommendation to get on a harmful drug, potentially for life. Refused that idea vehemently.
Got pissed off after that. Learned to read my test results myself. Then figured out potential root causes and created a personalized plan spread out in phases.
Research ended on Sunday, the actual plan completed this night. However, some execution already started since last Tuesday, without the full plan in view. Kind of unconsciously implementing any information I declare as “credible” while consistently refitting it to fit the plan.
Tested my blood sugar cycle for crash/spike cycles and acceptable amount of sugar intake. Tested fasting framework.
Figured out my required and personalized nutrition. Decided to get most from diet, and supplement use very lean, only to rapidly increase reserves and assist with phase of plan.
Sourced out quality supplements that satisfy strict requirements and fit the coming phases after this.
Changing food recipes.
Consistency with diet, testing and timing is also easier.
Noticing an innate bodily consciousness, that translates internal sensitivity into actionable points, rather than the information overload I get from my internal sensitivity I used to experience. Probably an interplay with the nervous system calibration.
The action taking and personalization are probably the adaptive scripting expressing.
Then one more result I’m not willing to currently disclose.
Choosing my stack
Was mostly undecided between RICH and Paragon till last week.
Personally, I consciously wanted RICH, to double down on my wealth endeavor I already made serious strides to, in the process neglecting my health severely for about 3 months. AND FELL SICK.
Decided to test, 15s of both subs and let the most important one take precedence.
I consciously put RICH first hoping it’ll follow my usual pattern where the first sub sets the tone for the rest. Instead, Paragon fired HARD.
This could be my subconscious picking the best path between the two of some sort of deeper synergy.

I also notice it doesn’t inhibit my other custom in stack, like two different things in parallel processing but the changes each help me make on “me” benefits both sides.
To be more concise, both subs act on entirely different sections of me that only cross over because I’m the one changing here, I.e improvement in one section of “me” directly transfers into the other section of “me”
I’m also noticing something similar on my processing queue, like each listening day has its own processing queue
The idea in getting here is that I can execute health plan on autopilot while focusing on my biggest goal.
