Paragon 2:15 on 13/2/26 at bedtime
By Friday (20/2/26) got this insane urge to redo my 7-day fast properly, with intention, for optimum gains. Last one was a bust and not properly planned out to meet my goals.
- Wrote out all my most pressing health situations and started planning from there.
- Broke it down into a full month. 2 wks for prep, 1 wk for fast and 1 wk more for recovery.
- Planning includes diet, supplementation and exercise. Keeping the timing as flexible and focused as I can.
- Began to re-research supplementation with the sole aim of what is currently applicable to me and adjusting the synergy and optimization (@AnswerGroup one of the things I wanted from Paragon: Health Protocol).
- Currently searching for a reasonable timeframe to implement to avoid disruption.
- Also noticed the conscious overwhelm that I’m dying vanished. Some traces of these thought patterns and sensation did return on Saturday night as I’d subjected myself to undue/extreme stress.
Forced recovery on Sunday
By Sunday I was too tired to function and my body ensured I did nothing but sleep, no entertainment, reading, listening or browsing.
My subconscious literally kept shouting at me “bruhh, lie down and sleep” and other variations of the same thing.
If I tried to force through, I wake up a couple minutes to hours later realizing I just experienced a forced rest/nap/sleep. During this state it felt like all my senses were shut off, like a total blackout. Only hearing came on when I required some level of awareness of my environment
Happened over 5 times and was very funny interaction.
Also noticed anger brewing up if my sleep was interrupted.
I’m terming it as forced rest because I had enough in reserve to function, if I decided to tap into it, but my body refused to let me do so.
Innate bodily intelligence
Since KB St1, I’ve had this growing inner perception where I can sense some of my internal environment and their state in real time. Very weird sensation at times.
Before this felt like overwhelming data I had to force a use out of, and even fed into fear of declining health situation. Now something is changing.
It’s like this intelligence is taking all this data and simplifying it by telling me what to work on, what is being worked on and what has been resolved, in real time.
There’s also a growing sensation “switch” that allows me to tune in only when I have the intention to do so.
I think it’s also what enforced the forced rest on Sunday and informing my health strategy.
How would you guys compare the density of paragon compared to khan black?
… like what? Why are you passively running Paragon, what are you trying to heal or repair that you can use as an objective measure to compare results against?

2 questions, if you have the time to answer! 
- I noticed the introduction/description part of new Paragon says it will help us to “Release the grip of chronic stress — which disrupts healing more than any single pathogen or injury”.
But after looking again through both the Features and Objectives lists, I couldn’t notice anything specific about addressing chronic stress. So I’m just curious which of the features/objectives relate to this, or if it’s one of those features that come under the delightful “And much more…” category? 
- Would the Deep Sleep module add anything above and beyond the existing sleep scripting in new Paragon?

Not yet. Apparently the Health and Hair protocols are ready (but unreleased), and Fire is still working on Paragon Sleep.
That’s backward, lol. @Fire is taking a deeper look at Health and Hair Protocols. I am working on Paragon Sleep, though it is near release.

Recovering from a small sickness. Last night symptoms got quite bad so I played 30 sec of paragon in bed just to give my body a boost in recovery.
Slept almost 11 hours and woke up feeling much better. Most major symptoms are gone and I am just left with a runny nose and a small cough.
To keep expectations realistic. I do have a very strong immune system, this being the first time I am sick since 2020. I think paragon helped especially with the sleep.

This is just me sharing my honest review
- You’re listening on mono speakers on a cheap phone because you’ve convinced yourself that “it’s better,” when that makes no sense.
- You’re not using the progressive microloop strategy, jumping around times.
- You’re passively using a title designed for physical healing with no goal to measure against, and you can’t even see what it’s doing because of that.
- Now you’re going from thread to thread trying to convince people that the “old versions are better.”
- This is going to get you banned.
I can continue, but I would prefer not to do so. You still haven’t told why you’re passively using Paragon anyway. Are you going to the gym and then measuring healing times against the old version? Do you have an injury and using Paragon to heal it?
I don’t know what you were using the old version for, but this is a physical healing sub. If it’s being used for anything else, it is operator error, not the title itself.

And that’s fine, you don’t have to tell anything about what it is. But you need to use the title properly. Stop forcing mono (even if that were true for you with the old version, it may not be the same now), start with 5s (since this is clearly a deep-seated health issue / trauma) and work your way up. Follow the microloop strategy.
