I can’t say I’ve noticed any brain pain lol, but it’s early days yet for me.
I’m suffering really lousy sleep lately though.
Hoping that, with further use, it will help with that 
Was not sure whether to write this review here or in the dragon regeneration thread bc both played a role to get this result but paragon was 100% what targeted it. To start I’ve had a ton of health issues my whole life, ending up taking health into my own hands and started fixing things with the exception of some stubborn structural stuff/whiplash. Genesis gave me an insight which led me to an osteopath which helped me with those issues… Recently like for last couple months ive had weird breathing issues come on and not really know where it was from. I assumed since most other things are dialed in its prob somatic so I was waiting for the new paragon to drop and was going to combine it with Dr: Regeneration.
Ended up playing the first loop last week and had a ton of anger rise… like insane levels of fight energy and rage out of nowhere along with thoughts of “something is wrong with me”. The second loop during my energetic practices before bed I felt this weird bracing in my system and after breathing deeply their was this release which felt like almost a hook was released from my pelvis to my mouth and my system almost let out a gasp/panicked breath . The morning after I woke up and had the most insane stretch/shake to start my morning. During the day I kept stretching out randomly and warmth kept returning everywhere to my entire body… its almost as if I was holding in that breath/panic for god knows how long…. amazing Sub tho and really cool possibilities especially with DR:REGEN to regulate the nervous system.
Will keep running a few more loops to see if there is anything else my system would like to release.
Small update, my knee and ankle are still on about the same level, its low level pain anyway so hard to judge, there might be a slight improvement.
My sleep has been going well and I noticed not having to pee as much during the night so that’s good.
I have noticed that slight pressure in the forehead sometimes aswell while running the sub, i also have adhd inattentive type so maybe its working on ny prefrontal cortex.
Annoyingly I twisted my neck this morning but the pain is already receding quite a bit, most times it takes much longer when I have a back/neck issue.
I also noticed when I started the sub the dandruff in my beard started acting up a lot. But It seems to be going away now. I have had dandruff in my beard and eyebrows for years now so I really hope it fixes that.
Now the main thing i hope to solve with this sub is my knee and ankle injury from 2.5 years ago. If I can go for a proper hike without ankle/knee pain this would be amazing.

The new Paragon is incredibly potent.
After the initial recon, I’m noticing I breathe better through my nose.
Also, for those wondering, and I’m carefully writing this - it seems to be helping with PMO/self-control.

Don’t sleep on this title.
Pressure and pain in the prefrontal cortex still present and it is part of the recon.
Sleep more. Use less loops in a week. Try shorter loops.
The day before yesterday I jumped to 1 minute with my Paragon Custom.
Wasn’t the best idea.
Yesterday I had a constant pressure in my head.
Nothing to extreme most of the time.
But at night, I wanted to tackle an important task I was procrastinating on. And the pressure grew into a serious headache.
After I decided to do it the next day (today) the headache vanished within an hour.
Today it’s kinda here. Kinda not.
It’s popping up on my radar and then it’s gone again. Strange headache.
The pressure is still constant so I will not listen to subs today.
Update
The headache and the pressure vanished early afternoon. Still, I’ll wait with listening until tomorrow.

I’m feeling a lot of tiredness/exhaustion, but I don’t know if that counts as recon with this title, because the tiredness is a listed ‘side-effect’ of the title, I guess at least in the first cycle or so, as it’s doing a lot of physical shifting (‘re-wiring’)?
Aside from that, my sleep has been lousy for weeks now (long before I started running Paragon) and I have CFS/ME anyway, so tiredness/exhaustion is a complicated ‘symptom’ to analyse for all these reasons.
Also, I notice that I seem to be putting everything in ‘speech marks’ today lol. Is that a symptom too? 
And for the record, when I say “lousy”, I mean utterly egregious 
To the point where I might have to drop Paragon for the upcoming Paragon Sleep (unless you guys make my dreams come true and release a Paragon multistager lol). But yeah, some tough times right now.
@SaintSovereign @Fire Actually, that reminds me; are there any plans to release Essences/modules based on the new Paragon suite around the same time that the rest of the suite is released? Or in future?
Might be worth delaying my custom order if (e.g.) I could add a Paragon Sleep Essence module to Paragon. Or some new Paragon healing modules to new Paragon Sleep.
So yeah, would be great to have a rough idea of what to expect release-wise

Maybe start with 15s try that for 3 loops then go up in 15s increments
My hormones been working pretty well since i started paragon also vitality improving.
I can see paragon being an amazing addition to a sex stack, when you need the nut factories overclocked doing extra shifts like its war time.

Does anyone know if it’s possible to underexpose with micro loops? Especially with these new ZPU titles? Can you start with 5 seconds and do 5 second increments every other day, or is 30 seconds the starting point? Wondering if listening to too little of the script might do a disservice in the way listening to too much of it would.
Well im doing 15s and others have reported good results with 15s,i might even go down to 10 or 5s too
The biggest “danger” is to not get all the possible improvements to your life you could get with longer loops.
But besides that, even with just a tiny snippet of the file, you will still grow and improve your life.

I stuck around with <=8s of WB for 3 months. It was genuinely the most consistent & impactful WB has ever been for me. Everything is smoother & easier to navigate too.
Now it’s been almost 8 months straight, and I’m still using <20s of WB.
I’m also doing it with EE & DRR.
So it is more than just possible. It’s viable.
But since this is Paragon, I think it would make more sense to take it not so slowly. The end goal is to quickly get healthier after all, else you’d be better off using P:Health Protocol instead.
I’d say using the 15s → 30s → 1m → 3m → 7m → 12m → 15m (full loop) progression from https://instructions.subliminalclub.com/ is better.
