It is not. Outside of the features in Dragon Reborn: Regeneration that deals with emotional healing, a massive part of the script – possibly 75% – is all nervous system regulation. The Inner Spa. Paragon has some of this scripting, but it’s main goal is physical healing. Stacking the two could create a very interesting synergistic effect of accelerating the goals of both. Relaxation from Dragon Reborn: Regeneration makes it easier for Paragon to help you heal, as well as helping you release deep trauma regarding healing. Just keep that last point in mind – there could be recon, so I’d go light with exposure on one or both of them.

Combining Paragon with ESSENCE: The Inner Spa could make for a smoother ride, though the nervous system regulation won’t be as potent as the Paragon + Dragon Reborn: Regeneration stack, given that the ESSENCE is shorter than the actual core.

Thank you, this actually sounds like an exceptional combination.

I’ll be running a custom dedicated to healing for the entire year, I’m just waiting to see what Health Protocol provides before I finalize it, but this does sound like a terrific option.

How much of that 75% landed in the ESSENCE Inner Spa module?

Does the ESSENCE module contain all, or a majority, of the nervous system regulation scripting from DRR?

@RagnarLothbrok let’s move here with the Regeneration talk, don’t want to derail Paragon thread too much

As per new instructions, I’m not increasing duration until no discernable recon on the following rest day. And currently, Regeneration sometimes brings up sadness, makes me re-think and release traumatic memories, and I sometimes feel frustrated and hopeless about life in general, and it leads to overall apathy towards most of the projects I’m working on (which are passion projects on recon-less days lol)

Sometimes it also gives a very specific recon. For example, I recently started eating a ton of junk food out of nowhere. I love junk food but I was much better at controlling myself previously. But then I realized that this increase in junk food consumption was a way for my nervous system to feel safe, break rules and restrictions and just relax without pushing for anything. Once I realized it and started to consciously allow myself to have occasional breaks - like putting devices on airplane mode and just enjoy anything I want at the moment - recon vanished, and the desire for junk food vanished as well, almost completely (it’s much lower than the initial baseline). It was quite a personal experience and might not make complete sense though

And the recon overall isn’t very rough or anything, it’s quite manageable but I want to make this run as smooth as possible and really focus on quality of my listening cycle and integration of changes, rather than hitting exposure records. Too much recon leads me to procrastinate HARD on my tasks and also makes me sub hop like crazy - I learned my lesson haha

15s still amazing results, the reason I asked that question on Paragon thread is because I was wondering if I have blockages that not only relate to Regeneration-specific blockages and that I might need to find additional actions to take to resolve them

How long did it take for Regeneration to do it’s magic, fully? I know it’s different for everybody of course.

For New Wanted, I’m mainly only noticing the looks part of myself improving (although not as fast as other people), but not much of the attraction part (yet at least). Did you think that DR:R accelerated your results on NW?

Yo, I just slept like a baby after a 1 minute microloop of Regeneration with 1 min of R.I.C.H. and 1 minute of my QTKS (ASBR-Khan-RoM).

I believed that perhaps this program had some type of chill factor from the microloop where I could feel the effects in mind-body, but it was too soon to be conclusive. Usually I’m up before the crack of dawn and I am progressively letting go of my anxiety over sleeping in a little. Today, I slept in way more than normal and woke up refreshed.

Give it time, measure yourself against yourself. Notice what’s changed and what’s to come.

For my stacked cycle experience including this… Hmm there even seems to be a little reframing. Memories of times I considered some of the most challenging, boring, conflicted or overall shitty are coming back with warm, golden nostalgia.

Instead of the reality being memories and experiences that may have worn me down, it’s as if the experiences are integrated as strength and character, and a new identity of true resilience is being forged.

The resilience I am noticing is different than ASBR, Khan or Emperor where it can be more akin to a forge, this is actually showing a payoff for the forge by washing away the memories of intensity and shifting it towards a calm happiness, a little joy and optimism.

In my journal, I asked, what is the purpose of looking on memories of the past if I am suppose to be moving forward?

The joy of positive nostalgia is being brought forward into the present without having to harp and be stuck on the past.

Maybe it’s creating gratitude for past trials, as a method of healing? How can one be hurt by something they are grateful for?

Now you mention it, I realise that a similar thing has been happening to me whilst running DR: Regeneration (and also since stopping).

I’ve had several old memories come to mind and suddenly seen them in a whole new light.
For example, I developed chronic fatigue years ago, and kind of had this mental narrative of “oh, that was when my life kind of got snatched away from me”.
Suddenly one day recently, I recalled the time it started, and whilst I don’t really want to go into all the details here, I realised that it was a rescue.
A total rescue. Love that re-framing and fresh understanding. :pray:t2: :heart:

@SaintSovereign Out of curiosity I know you have heavily recommended the stack of Regeneration & Godlike Masculinity. I’m actually considering running Regeneration solo for several months before adding in Godlike Masculinity. Any thoughts?

GLM & Dragon Reborn: Regeneration works so well together that if you have the opportunity / stack space to run both that you’d be doing yourself a disservice not to consider it. Personally, I am going to keep returning back to these two for the foreseeable future.

By this, I’m assuming that you’ve observed some tangible and noticeable results?

I ask only because I feel like I’ve spent a considerable percentage of my life in survival mode
I have no problem stacking Regeneration with Godlike Masculinity

I did a custom with new GLM back then with RoS. How would you feel would RoS add to the mix there for someone starting life new on every level? Would it help with things like purpose and knowing ones place in reality, or would it taint the custom to much? It would definitley help to clean ones relatoinship to god after experiencing a lot of Spiritual abuse in sects, right? And to get to a personal relationship with god?

At first, when this title was released, I couldn’t run it because it was triggering something very painful for me. Now, it actually makes me feel more relaxed.

I’ve combined it with AOW, and interestingly, it pushes me to think ahead about situations that could emotionally drain me. I find myself preparing in advance setting clear boundaries with people I already know don’t listen, even when I speak more assertively. If necessary, I make it clear that I’m willing to stop engaging altogether, especially when I feel my respect has been pushed too far.

It’s like I’m removing potential mood disruptors before anything even happens. Instead of letting people ruin my state, I protect it proactively so I can stay grounded and feel as good as I do during regeneration, like preserving this state at all cost.
