Regeneration at first was working exclusively on restoring my nervous system and relationships with rest. I was having 3h naps for the first like 2 weeks haha. For the first time in my life I learnt to really just rest and not be worried about anything
I’ve been listening to it since 18th of Jan. and it started tackling issues like fears, self worth and traumas only recently. And because of the preparatory period in which I was resting and recovering, the integration is very smooth because I actually feel safe now

I have been listeing since 13.1. but only did like 9 loops since then between 1m and 3m. It was a very stressful month with me moving and breaking way from my family. Now I am my own flat and can just focus on recovering and healing. Also started a new medication that really helps with the deeper parts and allows me to feel the hypervigilance without my body going into panic and shutting my brain off.
Currently also napping every afternoon, but sadly my sleep is quite bad, thats why I consider adding paragon.
Thank you for helping out. Actually after my first post today I started to feel quite positive and realized: I just need some space in my nervous systems and then the happy feelings grow themselves…all comes from parasympathethic peace.
It is the gift that keeps on giving. I have recently started considering making a version of Dragon Reborn: Regeneration that doesn’t even have the emotional healing scripting. Just pure nervous system regulation. We’d need to test it, however. As soon as the nervous system relaxes, the mind has a tendency to start releasing negative thoughts. That’s what the other scripting in DR: Regeneration helps with.
Amazing. I personally feel like when my nervous system relaxes more and more I come to the point where all other subliminal input from the last years starts to get integrated more and more on a subtle level. like all is somehere in my mind but it can be only accessed when there is this deep stable layer.
I only start to see what survival mode actually means and how deep the transition is when changing from a life based on stress and disregulation changes. My mind starts to operate in a completley new way. From going from a high speed single thread processor to a multi cor multi thread system that is interconnected laterally.
Edit: And whats crazy: I realize I can actually start to enjoy things. Like to get a somatic response of enjoyment, rather than a mental sense of achievement. Feeling pleasure in my body. Feeling my sexual energy rise to my belly and further during simple stuff like playing beat saber or eating something nice.
Sounds like something sanguine would fit well.

I think this would be amazing on DRRed too.
I don’t know the difference in the kind & depth that DRRed & DRReg handle relaxation but the user should be more than ready to face any negative thought that shows up after they’ve done DRR3.
Do it, do it… would it be a full blown title, module, ESSENCE? That could be the secret sauce to blast through blockages or or getting quicker results.
To be honest thats gotta be the best part of this new SC era.
It was kind of a slow revelation for me, but totally transforming. GLM, DR Regen and now Paragon.
@SaintSovereign a couple of questions about the nervous system regulation.
Is the nervous system regulation in Paragon on par with that in Regeneration? Aside from the emotional healing, would there be any benefit by combining them?

It is not. Outside of the features in Dragon Reborn: Regeneration that deals with emotional healing, a massive part of the script – possibly 75% – is all nervous system regulation. The Inner Spa. Paragon has some of this scripting, but it’s main goal is physical healing. Stacking the two could create a very interesting synergistic effect of accelerating the goals of both. Relaxation from Dragon Reborn: Regeneration makes it easier for Paragon to help you heal, as well as helping you release deep trauma regarding healing. Just keep that last point in mind – there could be recon, so I’d go light with exposure on one or both of them.
Combining Paragon with ESSENCE: The Inner Spa could make for a smoother ride, though the nervous system regulation won’t be as potent as the Paragon + Dragon Reborn: Regeneration stack, given that the ESSENCE is shorter than the actual core.

I’ll be running a custom dedicated to healing for the entire year, I’m just waiting to see what Health Protocol provides before I finalize it, but this does sound like a terrific option.
After my longest washout since joining, I’m going to make a pitstop at Dragon Reborn: Regeneration and join you guys before I continue towards Dragon Reborn Gold: Stage 3.

As per new instructions, I’m not increasing duration until no discernable recon on the following rest day. And currently, Regeneration sometimes brings up sadness, makes me re-think and release traumatic memories, and I sometimes feel frustrated and hopeless about life in general, and it leads to overall apathy towards most of the projects I’m working on (which are passion projects on recon-less days lol)
Sometimes it also gives a very specific recon. For example, I recently started eating a ton of junk food out of nowhere. I love junk food but I was much better at controlling myself previously. But then I realized that this increase in junk food consumption was a way for my nervous system to feel safe, break rules and restrictions and just relax without pushing for anything. Once I realized it and started to consciously allow myself to have occasional breaks - like putting devices on airplane mode and just enjoy anything I want at the moment - recon vanished, and the desire for junk food vanished as well, almost completely (it’s much lower than the initial baseline). It was quite a personal experience and might not make complete sense though
And the recon overall isn’t very rough or anything, it’s quite manageable but I want to make this run as smooth as possible and really focus on quality of my listening cycle and integration of changes, rather than hitting exposure records. Too much recon leads me to procrastinate HARD on my tasks and also makes me sub hop like crazy - I learned my lesson haha
15s still amazing results, the reason I asked that question on Paragon thread is because I was wondering if I have blockages that not only relate to Regeneration-specific blockages and that I might need to find additional actions to take to resolve them
