I think I’m dropping my stack and doing C&C + SB + EoG St1, micro loops.
Please report back on how it goes. I didn’t even think of this stack and how well it would work. Especially for those of you who are waiting for R.I.C.H. Trader. If there’s a successful trader who also creates videos and the such, C&C + Raikov + R.I.C.H. Trader could be a game changer.
rofl, I’m sitting here really excited about this stack now. Think about how the adaptive scripting in C&C would link with RAIKOV. It gives “not only do I know what I should do, but EXACTLY how to do it like an expert” vibes.
Would be really good to accelerate the results of early stage wealth endeavors.
@SaintSovereign Thanks for the response
I have indeed already sought clinical help for these issues and seen some specialists.
I think my sticking point is that taking action feels like a demand, which I strongly tend to avoid.
However, whenever I do take action, I invariably enjoy it (exercising, working on my new business, etc).
The problem is getting started, and also building habits/systems/routines and consistent action.
I ran Emperor Executive for 2 cycles, and it did absolutely nothing, at least as far as I could see.
Nothing external changed, and I noticed no new internal drive or thoughts.
I’d speculate that this was because of my demand avoidance (the Sub just flowed off my demand avoidance like water from Teflon?) and the fact that relentless action taking was so incongruent with where I was at that time and hence I didn’t run the Sub long enough to give it time to break through.
I’ve been considering a ‘destroy demand avoidance’ custom of the upcoming Genesis: Ascension, with Hero TLTB: Fire and Essences from Emperor Executive (Bulletproof Focus and Unstoppable Execution).
And doing everything possible to change my habits and start taking action consistently whilst running that for 6-12 months (with DR: Regeneration and Paragon for support).
Would love to hear your thoughts/advice on that (which you could post elsewhere or DM’d to me, so as not to derail this thread too much lol)
In that way, I think I could run C&C and feel I’d given myself the best chance of getting the most out of it. Which would be great, because it looks like a Boss of a subliminal
Perhaps you should honor the “demand avoidance” rather than trying to avoid it. I have demand avoidance as well – I’ve spoken about it before – and I have turned it to a strength rather than a block. What appears as “demand avoidance” (within me) is a refusal to take action on something until I am clear of the direction. If I cannot see the end goal very clearly, I will resist any and all attempts to push me forward. What I began to notice after lots of self-reflection is when I did this, the outcome was always much more positive and / or successful.
So rather than trying to “destroy” the demand avoidance, I began using titles with the conscious goal of enhancing clarity – how fast it takes me to process information to a point where I feel clear and confident about the next step. Dragon Reborn: Regeneration + GLM helped a lot with this.
And now, rather than rebelling for the sake of rebelling, I am allowing my nervous system and my mind to settle and become clear before taking any position. Perhaps you could approach it like that. Build a stack designed to honor your natural rhythm and mindsets rather than trying to overcome them as if they are flaws.
Thanks for the answer. I was actually hoping that the upcomming RICH trader would have some application to skillful games of chance like poker. But if not, that’s okay. Honestly, I’d think it is better not to have a title that is directly applicable to poker. Because that would make it too easy for my opponnents to use that title as well.
But the suggestion of the Hero line is interesting. I have to say I never really looked that deeply into the Hero line. Poker is also an area where people have started applying eastern wisdom. One famous course given by Tommy Angelo draws a parallel between the eightfold path and Poker Psychology.
https://www.tommyangelo.com/the-eightfold-path-to-poker-enlightenment/
One virtue from Hero Origins, honesty, might seem to clash with Poker which is a game of hiding information. But I think it doesn’t have to. In poker all players agree to be subjected to the rules of the game. In that way I believe it’s more honest than a lot of other professions.
About the poker sites being dishonest. Well, there have been some major fraudulent activities going on in the past. There was this issue with Super accounts on one site where certain players were able to see their opponent’s cards. There was a scandal surrounding Full Tilt Poker where the owners were running a Ponzi scheme. Then there were political actions against the legality of Poker.
But overall, I don’t believe the major sites have any incentive to rig the game, because at the end of the day it would only hurt their own business. One problem though is that the rake is too high, especially at the micro stakes. And the sites try to lure people into other types of betting games (slots, jackpots, roulette etc) which are always unfavorable to the players. But on the other hand, the income from these games is also what keeps these online casinos in business.
For me personally, I want to use online poker as a stepping stone. I am working my way through university right now and I am doing odd shitty jobs to pay for it. I have considered trading and marketing, but these activities take too much focus away from my studies. Poker offers a nice way to apply the mathematics I am learning without the need to constantly follow the market or deal with clients or customers.
@SaintSovereign am going to send you a DM about this - I hope that’s ok?
I don’t want to derail the thread, and this is something that I’d hugely appreciate a bit more dialogue with you about - especially since you can understand it personally
And to get back on topic here, I’d been toying with the idea of C&C with the upcoming RICH (or RICH Trader), but I’d also been speculating about how C&C might work alongside Limitless: RAIKOV, so I’m glad to know you find it such an exciting prospect
Some more teases about Rich Trader 🥲
On another note, I noticed I am much more prone to action taking. Moving things forward. Finding solutions. Much more active, once again it must be the Adaptative Scripting kicking in and helping me work on my identity and results on my level.
Just came out of a big meeting and for some reason even if I wasn’t talking too much, people were giving me time and attention, listening to me.
It’s not like I had any big things to bring to the conversation, but still. Next time I’ll find some things to bring to the table.
Given that it is so practical, HERO: The Light that Blinds doesn’t contain that moral framework like HERO: Origins. And TLTB is very much focused on mastery of a craft. In an online poker setting, I’m not sure if you’d see much benefit from Earth, but definitely from Water, Air and Fire.
Well, you’re going to need SOME pathway of expression for the success to flow. A business, a marketable skill, a high-paying career. All of those require some sort of versatility within the individual. Without a skill, what exactly would you be taking relentless action toward?
Well, I can code. But after a loop of ECC, I am getting attracted to stock trading as I probably am getting burned out by coding.
Is stock trading an easier skill to learn while on ecc than other skills? What skill acquisition would ECC directly help with learning?
Thank you.
Earth could give him benefits in real life poker, not moving at all, no micro expressions, no tells, absolutely grounded in your body.
Absolutely. Swordplay is also full of feigns to outplay your opponent.
From my experience, The honesty (and the other virtues) in HeO doesn’t disarm you. It strengthens you instead.
HeO is more focused on the inside. What shows outside follows who you are as a person, guided by the sub.
If you want to lie, you can. But using HeO will make you more likely to not to, just because it is the right thing to do. It’s for a higher purpose than just an “I shouldn’t lie” or a push that makes you can’t lie. You have full control over yourself.
Rather than blocking you from going against the virtues, it guides you to realize why you should follow them. Making you more likely to choose that option when the situation presents itself.
It’s a bit hard to describe properly. It’s like explaining what durian tastes like to someone who has never tried it.
I think I see what you mean. Within the framework of “poker,” it is accepted to lie about your hand, bluff and deceive others. Shouldn’t conflict with HERO: Origins’ moral scripting. However – if you were to try and outright cheat others, there would be a push against that.
ECC is less about skill acquisition and more about expression of skill in a way that will lead to wealth and the creation of a structure that outlasts you. If you want to pivot from coding and learn trading, then you should stack it with RICH Trader.
Ahh… i get that.
For me in a business setting, it manifested as “i have to make it fair” type of a push. With adherence to the virtue as the fuel. It was a pleasant one.
Yes, that is also what I meant. Deception in a strategic game isn’t necessarily amoral as long as everyone operates within the framework of the rules of the game. Looks like Hero Origins could be very useful, especially in combination with the lessons of Tommy Angelo.
Any particular stacks that you’d like to see with this title, stacks you think have huge potential, but are perhaps not as obvious on the surface.
Last time you did that, you were spot on, New Primal and New PS was an absolute killer stack, such a killer stack that I had to put it on the back burner lol.
I started C&C + SB + EoG St1, I think it’s a stack with huge potential but I will have to take it slow and use micro loops
Interested to hear about your experiences
