Total listening time: 38 minutes, over 4 listening sessions (between 3 and 15 miutes)

My happiness baseline has improved slightly.

More carefree and unstressed about life.
I am realizing that I can be happy with who I am regardless of how much I succeed or not succeed in life.
In a sense, my happiness is kind of “guaranteed anyways”, so there is less pressure to “succeed in life at all cost”. -
I am less hard on myself when it comes to making mistakes, because how I feel about myself is now less dependant on the outcome of something.

Extremely reduced sugar and carbs consumption, because again, I much less need to 1. boost my mood (through sugar) or 2. numb myself (through carbs).

Saint was definitely right that this title reduces external validation seeking (since you become happy from within, there is less neediness for a certain specific external outcome).

This definitely gives me a positive type of IDGAF attitude.
Which in turn, helps with reducing the recon from WB.
One of the key to being non-chalant, is to be happy from within and therefore be unaffected by external events.
