Thanks buddy for the suggestions I will consider them
This sub is really top tier for manifesting, inner healing or even sleep booster.
Great nap today, dreamt of what would long term give me happiness and had a vision of having kids and a dog.
I have a feeling of warmth inside me.
That feeling is one fundamental cores of charisma.
This title truly might be best core to add to any custom.
This is problem with subclub tho too many great titles but not enough stack slots which is something that would be nice to see in future as a possibility tho i guess its more dependant on us to integrate and process all that info.
Will eventually have to replace this sub with khanblack but until then might as well enjoy it.
Its really a perfect combo with drred to smooth out and synergies the inner work, transmutation and healing in more positive manner that is less taxing, chaotic, intense.
Wish i had this early in my journey with dr.
Has anyone began to express the skills scripting in their own way? Meaning, you’re discovering inner processes, or routines as to how you can maintain this state of happiness in the future?
That’s my first immediate result
100% on my end.
The first, although pretty basic, is just reminding myself to come back to the present moment. For starters I find myself having more moments of presence automatically, but also have started implementing when I catch myself in a negative thought loop, to just put myself more in my body. Better no thoughts then negative thoughts lol.
The second I thought was pretty interesting as me and my partner have had a lot of challenges/frustrations throughout our relationship, and I had a realization that the majority of the time when I was thinking about our relationship, I was thinking about all of the negative and things I didn’t like, in turn setting myself up for more of that in the future. I set an intention to think more about the positives, the things I like/appreciate, and this had made a pretty big impact on my overall perception of the relationship, thus making me feel happier lol.
Lastly, I’ve really noticed an improved ability to let go. This is something I do fairly frequently, but AoH has allowed me to take things a lot further then just letting go of emotions, without fear blocking me from deeper and more profound releases.
Routine yes tho i already knew it but wasn’t aligned with it to execute it.
I know gratitude and spiritual practice then some fruit and a walk in nature during sun is what gives me optimal happiness as day opener but it was hard to stick to it before and i would fall to opening social media after waking up and that screws up daily happiness momentum.
Its still too early to speak if i can stick to this.
When confronting and reading a tragic news story today i was self reflecting and exploring how to integrate and deal with the sadness and anger i was feeling from it which definitely needs more work but its better than before.
Im an empath so the suffering and pain from others hits me deeper, need deeper resilience of my happiness buble to not be cracked by suffering and turmoil of outside world.
Overall need to improve more at transmuting negativity to reach a more sustainable joy state.
In short :
I know what makes me happy long time before subs in general… But the discipline was not there so in my case art of happiness should help me to stick to my practices .
In long :
You mean maintain that state without subs … personally I know what makes me happy . But what cloud my happiness is life challenges in general .
I know what makes me happy take going to the gym for example . I am not your regular gym lover . But I know when I increase my heart rates and become little sweaty . This elevates my mood . I know this before subs in general . But I am not gym regular I rarely go there rarely practice . Today I get there and I played small session . What I usually do I play heavy session . Then my muscle’s gets broken and I didn’t go for the next 10 days and may be didn’t go . I always knew the solution but I didn’t do it . And it is as follows go to the gym and play gym to enjoy and elevate your mood and to have baseline health and vitality. I know the solution but I didn’t do it . And doing heaven sessions made me have a nagging relationship regarding going to the gym .
Today while getting back home after small session that elevated my mood . I said this the best way to be addicted to gym . Make it lovely visit .
Also breathing awareness is my one skill that’s great for everything this sub affecting my mindfulness practice greatly.
I subscribed to that gym before the art of happiness sub .
Maybe this is the right course of action for you at this point in your life. I’d be very concerned if this was part of the scripting. Fortunately, reviewing the copy, it is clear that it is not.
Emotional resilience, or rather resilience in general is mentioned nine times within the copy. Resilience is defined as “the capacity to withstand or to recover quickly from difficulties; toughness.” This is an important quality and is directly tied to risk. Without it we stay in our comfort zone and become unable to develop those attributes that define a hero. I’ve seen examples of this in the other recent posts. @Fractal_Explorer’s post is a really good example of this aspect of the sub in action.
I’m in the midst of conducting a review of the subs I use and figuring out whether a washout or just an extended break from certain subs is the right thing to do (since I’ll be doing a concerted meditation effort to spring clean the subconscious and improve my continuous awareness levels). This one seems to be one of only a few that I can tell would not cause a tug-of-war within my greater mind on much, and that I would be happy to continue running while doing this kind of non-identifying jnana type meditation.
Theres no need for you to be concerned, as I clearly wrote “unnecessary” and not to willingly add stress, which presupposes that stress is also unnecessary. Thats a very important distinction.
I fully agree with this, what I do not agree with is the implication that Im doing something different, or even opposed to this, which is derived from your “maybe”.
I think you will be pleasantly surprised with this one.
I’ve been noticing small shifts, like catching negative thoughts and choosing to focus on something uplifting instead. I’m focusing more on moments of gratitude throughout the day, appreciating little things in my environment or acknowledging positive thoughts when they arise. Since my first loop of the sub, I realized how I was setting myself up for fights with the guy I’m seeing by focusing on his 20% flaws instead of the 80% of lovely qualities that initially drew me to him. Now, I catch myself more often, shifting to stillness and reframing in the moment. It’s easier to validate my protective parts now, and I’m more easily dropping the things that bother me, letting go because what’s the point of carrying or holding onto junk thoughts.
Well it all comes down to the meaning of that word “unnecessary”. Investing in a stock is an unnecessary risk, and so is working out hard, or any situation where there are several acceptable choices. You could argue semantics and say something is “necessary” in order to reach a goal quickly, but anyway, it misses the point of what I was trying to say: that I would be very concerned if the sub discouraged risk taking behaviors. (Edit: because it would go against using the sub with alpha titles, and there would also be an aspect of going against free-will, which is why it’s good to see that isn’t in the copy)
Also, when I used the word “maybe”, it was because I do not know the full details of your life situation, and I didn’t want to make a blanket statement (edit: ie, I didn’t want to assume this was or wasn’t the best course of action, only that it is how you’re expressing the sub). Taking a risk or not taking it is a conscious decision and I’m not here to be a judge of anyone’s actions, but I did want to point out that unnecessary risk and happiness/joy are not mutually exclusive. Hell, otherwise skydivers wouldn’t do what they do. “Jump out of a plane - are you crazy?”
According to David Hawkins’ Map of Consciousness, the subliminal “Genesis: The Art of Happiness and Joy” would likely resonate at a level of 500–540, which corresponds to the levels of Love and Joy.
Here’s the breakdown:
-
Level 500 – Love:
This level is characterized by unconditional love, compassion, and understanding. The subliminal’s focus on gratitude, connection, mindfulness, and letting go of negativity strongly aligns with this level, as it promotes emotional freedom and harmony. -
Level 540 – Joy:
Joy is a state of profound peace and contentment that is independent of external circumstances. The subliminal’s intention to create lasting joy through perspective shifts, emotional release, and present-moment awareness resonates closely with this high vibrational state. At this level, individuals experience life as effortless, abundant, and harmonious.
Why It Aligns with These Levels:
Letting Go of Negativity: Releasing limiting beliefs and emotional blockages helps transcend lower consciousness levels such as Fear (100), Anger (150), or even Pride (175).
Gratitude and Present-Moment Awareness: These practices elevate one’s emotional state to Acceptance (350) and eventually Love and Joy.
Inner Fulfillment: Focusing on internal happiness rather than external dependencies reflects a consciousness beyond Reason (400) and into Joy (540), where life becomes an expression of peace and bliss.
Thus, on David Hawkins’ scale, the subliminal primarily resonates between 500 (Love) and 540 (Joy), reflecting a high vibrational state conducive to lasting happiness and inner harmony.
Even though it obviously happens I still don’t understand how or why people get headaches from running a sub.
Well thats true and probably the reason why you didnt really catch the meaning of unnecessary risks in the context of what I was saying, Im more than happy to answer questions about it.
I agree and Im not choosing between them, Im modulating and calibrating what I consider risks, balancing my emotional well being and the goals I have. That balance is what Im after and what brought unbalance, at least in the situation I was referring in my post, was a risk that was not necessary to achieve my goal, it only contributed stress.
Im not arguing semantics, Im stating the fact that you assumed something about what I said and its incorrect.
About the balance… You can invest all your money in a 100x leveraged trade, without proper analysis, or you can have a safe and tested strategy, that will eventually yield the desired results.
The first scenario is a highly unnecessary risk in my book and would stress the hell out of me.
Hawkins wrote Letting Go. I have heard about that book for years but still have yet to read it.
That’s good to know, and again I’m sorry if you took the use of the word “maybe” the wrong way. I like to be objective and not say with certainty anything I can’t experientially verify. The point was that it would be easy for someone reading that to misunderstand it, and I wanted to point out that the sub will express differently on this point of unnecessary risk in different people according to their situation and existing habits/behaviors.
Sure man, its good that we both had the chance of expressing ourself in a more clear manner.
Will we get retroactive maps like this for previous and current titles?
Also why was this not the case before regarding clarity and specificity on what the sub would do?
Also, from my extremely limited understanding, I thought one of the subliminal values was that it was below conscious perception; the conscious can’t interfere or get inthe away.
How do we ‘reconcile’ our inherent discomfort at growth or in specific directions that are just either so new they cause discomfort or we have misperceptions about them?
For example, just reading the copy of AOH really bothered me- but when I heard @Nile’s experience, I started to feel differently because it aligned with my goals, and his experience pointed out things I didn’t see from the copy.
You are going to like his way a lot . also read his book power vs force and transcending conscuioiness levels . You gonna love them
This is from the sales page and basically made me want to run this
The Art of Letting Go
Focuses on releasing emotional burdens and negativity to create space for joy. Letting go is essential because it frees users from the grip of past regrets or fears, enabling them to move forward with lightness and clarity. Forgiveness, both for oneself and others, fosters healing and allows joy to flourish. Users can practice this scripting daily by acknowledging their emotions, reframing limiting beliefs, and choosing to embrace growth
I feel that over time with the help of the sub I can learn to consciously let go of things
