I only ran a 30 sec loop 2 days ago but I think I felt slightly anxious for a few minutes afterwards but it quickly passed. I might run a 3-5 minute loop today in place of my stack, for science :man_scientist:

I did 3 minutes and stacked with EmpD yesterday very early. Today I woke up fine and as the hours went by a big headache began to creep in, it lasted for about 4 hours and now its just a minor annoyance.

I cant think of another reason for the headache, Im not drinking alcohol, Im eating as usual and I havent experience any stressful situations, quite the opposite.

My guess is that I felt so good after listening, that it triggered some kind of unconscious fear. The objectives of this sub are far removed from how I lived my life for decades. Only in the last 4 months or so, Happiness and Joy have become a primary focus for me.

Yeah this sub has been amplifying the happiness that lies within,
And the gratitude I have for the people who really been kind towards me truly.

Noticed my dad has been nagging me like out of no need,

But that internal feeling and joy I feel no one can touch.

For me headache sometimes occur when i listen to Ultrasonic track little bit louder than the usual.

Did you drink alot of water during the day? Maybe that would help.

Not many people reported recon on the title so might you have some personal contrasting beliefs on these topics/objectives?

I only do Masked, I havent listened to ultrasonic since the Q days IIRC.

Yes a lot and did all the other things recommended for recon and/or headaches.

I though I answered that already lol. I think is more of a can I really live this way? What if it doesnt last? Kind of situation.
As usual, Im riding the wave to the other side.

I feel incredibly zen today. I centered my private yin yoga class with a client around themes of blessings, gratitude, thankfulness, and appreciation, while also weaving in love and joy. I was fully present with these emotions, radiating them outward.

My teenage son and I shared one of our best mornings together in a long time.

Earlier, I sat on the couch in an alpha-theta brainwave state, simply being. :heart:

I pulled some oracle cards, all of which spoke to joy and gratitude. I even shared one in my journal earlier.

Right now, I’m not feeling any recon, except maybe a little around just wanting to relax and zen out, rather than do any work. :joy:

Well, if this is an important goal for you to achive just blast thought it till you change. You can also lower the listening time a bit maybe, good luck.

You Bet!! After Khan Black and Dragon Reborn Red, this is just a very minor annoyance… Those two titles were really tough, specially st1 and st2.

Thanks! The thing is I didnt notice this until I was asked and had to look inside. At the moment it happened it was just a headache, which was strong enough to not allow me to do anything else but to be there feeling it.
Ive had so much worse, so I just let it be.

Yeah, I stop seeing it as a negative a long time ago, its just part of the process. Not the best one, but a required one in order to grow into a new understanding of life and oneself. Its a sign of movement and growth.

The truth will set you free!! nonetheless is gonna hurt a bit first.

Me too. I actually see recon as “growing pains” or something that shows you where there is work to do. I came to cherish it instead of running away from it.

I’ve done 3, 30-60s loops of this now. I’m seeing huge use case for me personally. To start, our emotional/vibrational state is going to be a major/if not the biggest part of what we are manifesting, so that alone is a huge pro, and therefor can take the place of my results enhancer in my stack.

Bigger however, is there is a lot of sales utility in this one for me. While I love selling, there are days in which I really do not enjoy anything about it lol, and having new tools to keep me engaged, consistent, and focused with me work will be huge.

Mindfulness moments. This is what I’ve noticed so far the most in the scripting, and is pretty much what I was looking to get out of running it. Taking those little breaks in the day, to just appreciate the moment, whether I’m in the middle of a packed out work day, or out for a walk with my dog, these little moments of peace and clarity have been amazing, and a big piece of really making the most out of life.

Purpose driven joy, this is really the pinnacle of success to me. Finding a way to mix work/purpose with enjoyment. Work and career are a huge part of my life, and finding a way to really enjoy the process will be transformative not just on the emotional side, but ultimately lead to higher outputs and more sustainable work.

Art of Letting Go- Was stoked to see this in here. This is basically my go-to manifestation model, and has gotten me through a lot of challenging times, but is also what has allowed me to release a lot of success blocks in my life across the board.

Connections that uplift- So needed for me, as a sales pro who somewhat lacks empathy, this is going to help my calls a lot. Also just created that more authentic, positive connection with clients, is going to be signficantly more condusive to getting people into a “buying state”, which is essential on 1 call closes.

Such an incredible sub that effects so many different area’s, from work to personal/family life. Lot of options to choose from, but this one’s looking like a lock in for me. I always felt like I needed some type of cognitive sub to perform well at work, but this seems to be unblocking a lot of my procrastination challenges, while still having a very high level of mental clarity which is why I was running them in the first place.
