So today I discovered the one potent herb stack that catapulted my motivation through the roof.
Would love to hear if anyone has tried Mucuna pruriens and ashwagandha together… for me all I can say is wow

I took ashwaganda for some time, but never the other. How do you take it? Just some cheap Amazon pill, or do you have a special vendor?
I ask Because I still have some ashwaganda here and would seriously consider getting Mucus Pruriens, but I can’t afford some expensive product.
I think this depends on your daily habits.
If it is for a severe dopamine deficiency that you feel a lack of drive, then most people should first try to shut down all possible sources of harm, which would include porn use, doomscrolling social media etc. Modern things have messed up many people right down to their brain chemistry, and our media sure doesn’t talk enough about it.
If, after deconditioning yourself, you add regular workouts and meditation too, you should have all the drive you need. If you still don’t, you should go for a medical check-up, and at that point, these herbs might help.
Be sure to remain mindful when using a potent natural supplement, especially one that influences the dopamanergic system. You can become overly reliant or addicted, and dopamine elevated too high can cause its own host of issues (beyond psychosis or movement issues, it can trigger heightened impuslivity, which can be dangerous for the life you’re building).

Also note, the dosage can vary among different manufacturers, or even within the same manufacturer, so always start small if trying a supplement like this.
interesting, you know I love scientific studies and research. I appreciate the article, will take a deep dive into it. Thanks for the article, you brought it to me just in the nick of time.
so I recently started taking ashwagandha and Mucuna pruriens in the morning. The one ashwagandha I got is not mines but my brother’s who brought it from a herbal store. When I get the chance, I’ll send you the vendor where he got it from. The mucuna I brought from amazon Himalaya store. It’s organic too.
I’m not saying this will work the same for everyone so this is just from my experience. When I took it, my cortisol levels dropped very low and I felt like really really relaxed, like way more than usual when taking ashwagandha alone. It was almost like a synergistic effect.
So I never take Mucuna for two days straight, I take it every other day and actually it’s been a long time since I consistently took it. It’s only recent that I went back to it.
