This is my first time using subclub in particular and I’ve been using subs for a few months now. I’m planning on making a journal to document my long term progress, but before I would like to check if my playlist is fine . I’m focusing on intelligence/spiritual and seduction/alpha/social

If that’s your current playlist then I believe it’ll be way too dense. Pick 1-2 majors, maybe even 1 for now and use that for a while.
Choose your goals and base the sub off that and then take a bunch of action to see it work it’s magic. Stack that way too, but I’d recommend literally one or two.
Choose a light sub like Ascension (if it works for your goals.)
1-2 loops a day should be enough for now.

That’s the best advice. Apart from that you could run Libertine some hours before going on the hunt.
I most definitely wouldn’t do Stage 4 and 2. I’d follow the stages in number order for 30 days minimum.
Too much for a start. I suggest you should run Ascension for some time plus Libertine when needed and then switch to Alchemist stacked with Beyond Limitless. Or you can also add those two programs to Ascension later on and check if it works for you.

Sure, go ahead and start journaling it will help you track your progress and decide on what to do next in the future.
Also I would stick to Brandon recommendation on the order of the stages. You can choose your own order but it’s still highly advisable to run multi-stage programs stage by stage. Anyways, you don’t have to be concerned about that right now, just stick to your new stack. You may consider running RebirthU while doing Ascension. Great Ultima to start with, especially for running an alpha program like Ascension.
This is the best plan, especially for a new user. Run Ascension for a month or two with max one ultima. After a month (or two) add another main title OR ultima. Rinse repeat. Also it’s generally not recommend to run 2 stages of a single multistage at the same time; that said experimentation is encouraged here at SubClub. Welcome and good luck on your journey friend
