My recommendation is to add APS: Head to this custom (cause Fire had recommended it in one of my eye customs. And also replace New Result Enhancing Experience Core with New Physical Shifting Experience Core since that’s more in line with physical healing titles.
Alao Paragon Complete Core and Paragon Vitality Core are recommended since Saint did sign off on a recent custom of mine with those Cores.

I should add that it also depends on the eye issue one has. I have a condition which is leading to the loss of photoreceptors in my retina (rods ajd cones). This is why i added Nervous System. Also it’s a genetic issue which is why i have the Epigenetics module.
Plus the condition also related to my ears which is why the Hearing module is in there.
But if I had a more simpler issue (like eye power for which glasses/spectacles/contacts is the solution), i wouldn’t add as many modules and would simply add A/SPS: Eyesight to any custom (for example if I have an Emperor custom, I could simply add Eyesight to it and not make an altogerher different custom for it).
