When I purchased the Emperor there is a file called the Extreme version. Is it safe to listen to this in tandem with the masked version ?

Do you mean at the same time? I read somewhere else on the forum, that listening to ultrasonic+masked at the same time is superfulous.
No what i mean is one after the other on a playlist.
No pick one or the other.
Emperor Extreme: Expermental, potentially stronger but no promises.
Regular Emperor: All of you should expect, gauranteed results.

I was switching between the two myself but Iām sticking with regular The Emperor
I am sticking with the standard issue Emperor simply because there is a masked version, which I prefer.
