Starting this log to note my experience with my very first custom.

After the first listen I noticed some subtle effects which was pleasantly surprising.
I noticed myself slightly more calm and grounded.
Also, a phenomenon I experience with listening to a custom is the ability for it to resonate with me more. With the name embedding and handpicking my modules feels more personable, and may be integrating much smoother.

Some module observations
Foundation - feel much more present. Less tendency to daydream.
Harmonic singularity - body feels less tense, and relaxed.
Stonelike - better control of my breathing
1 Day after running my custom, I still largely feel the relaxing affects. This is thrilling for me as it was a primary focal point for me.
Nothing too notable in regarding the physical shifting as of yet. Not surprisingly it can take time.
Felt a rise in recon and overlistening symptoms as the my rest day went on. Not surprising as I tend to get that with my first listen to any sub.
Overall positive so far
After two full loops this week, I can definitely feel a bit of fatigue. Will give this weekend to process and recoup.
The foundation module has been profound. Single handedly removed daydreaming, and being anything other than the present moment.
Such a powerful module.
Experiencing some good healing and better energy in general.
Only been a week and it’s processed really well.
Excited for more updates and achieving perfect health
