So im listening to my cycle of index gate 30s and paragon 3 minute 1 day on 2 days off should i add an extra 30s to paragon listening time? Im not experiencing any recon

Go ahead. As it is, you increase the time when you feel pretty comfortable (slight recon is ok). And since you are feeling absolutely fine, do increase the listening time of Paragon Complete by 30s.
