I ordered two Express order customs, #2024626 and #2024631. I did not receive confirmation emails for either purchase. The money was debited from my account. The emails aren’t in junk or spam. I have sent two support tickets but didn’t receive email confirmation for either one of them either. What do I do now?

I know. It’s just disconcerting that I didn’t get any emails. I know they will make it right. I have bought a lot of customs and they ALWAYS have done right by me. Probably shouldn’t have made the purchase on a holiday weekend. Thank you all for trying to help me

Add these delays to your rest days and get more prepared
When did you make the orders? And the tickets?
If you made the order on Wednesday you should get it today or tomorrow
I wouldn’t count Black Friday as a day they work on
Also tickets can be anywhere from 3-5 business days sometimes more if staff is super backed up
It is Thanksgiving holidays so both support staff and Co-founders are on their vacations.
But don’t worry. Your express order costs will be refunded to you if the express order isn’t fulfilled. Only the build costs will be taken.
These were express orders. I’ve done them on Friday before and received them on a Sunday before. My mistake was doing it on a Thanksgiving weekend. I was wanting to use the one with Paragon Sleep. I should not have done it on a holiday weekend. My mistake, thank you all so much for your kind assistance.

Edit: while I did get the email for it, the reason I wrote this post was due to the express delivery taking longer than usual.

We are working through the backlog. When your order is in processing, the express charge will be automatically refunded.
I wanted to add a bit of something.
I realize we live in a world where it is common to have to fight and yell for what we want. It can be hard to trust that companies are going to be respectful of what we want. And I’m sure I’m not the only one who has paid for something, only to find out that what I thought I was going to get was not what was delivered to me.
I want to reassure you that if there is a problem here at SC, it can get addressed. Maybe not as quickly as you would like, but it can get addressed. And if it’s not addressed soon, it can still get resolved later.
