It’s not 24 hours, it’s by midnight EST next day, or the express fee is refunded.
So technically if you ordered at 12.01 am EST the deadline would be almost 48 hours.
So I orderd 7:19pm ET yesterday, so I have until midnight tonight for it to come or a refund.

Yeah, refund of express fee only, not the full custom cost.
It’s unclear if it’s next day or next business day, but I remember Saint saying it was officially next business day so if I get it on a weekend I just consider it a bonus.
I did not receive the custom in the 24 hour time frame, can I please be refunded the express fee or let me know the best way to go about this. Thank you
They’ll refund the express fee without you doing anything, but might take a couple of days. Usually I’ll get the refund first and the custom a few hours later. If you don’t get it in a few days then you’ll need to raise a support ticket, but I haven’t had to do that personally.
Then again support can take a few days so might be worth just raising the ticket about the late custom and express fee, and if you get the custom + fee first just cancel the ticket.
