Just ordered a custom yesterday with express and has been 24 hours later

Could someone check and process? - [Order #2024658]

Custom orders have been late due to a backlog of them over the Thanksgiving holidays.

But no issues here. If you don’t receive your custom within the stipulated time period, express delivery charges will be automatically refunded to you.

When yesterday?

Just remember they don’t count weekends as business days… so if you order it friday expect it monday to tuesday

Also the time goes by East coast hours so if u order it Friday between i think 8am to 5pm you should get the express order by monday but if u order it after 5pm east coast time then expect it to be a monday order and get it tuesday

You know i think on the Q store you should put times that you “close”.

Express doesnt state business days and says 1 day guaranteed

It shouldn’t have to state it lol it’s a business(depending on the business) so you should just expect business days especially since the line before says business days

But maybe it would help if they stated that so people wouldn’t get confused

Of course it should you just answered your own statement- because it causes confusion

If I known its business days then I would have waited for Monday or ordered it Thursday

Personally I have never done Express Delivery. But I know @Floridianninja has done it before.

I actually only do them lol

And i am usually patient about it. Even if i order it on friday before say 5 i still get it that night if i’m lucky but if not i expect it monday or tuesday … I just figured it meant 1 business day honestly

Your expectation is fine. We are the ones who dropped the ball over the holiday. Usually, we rarely miss express orders, even on weekends. We just had some events pop up that threw everything off and we sincerely apologize for that. Next time, you’ll receive your order on time.

Sometimes Saint dedicates his weekends to churning out customs through the Q builder system.
