Experimental listening pattern 30sec

On the topic of microloops can we just stick to 30s for every title and get all the results? Anyone just set and forget it like that? i find having to assess if im ready for the next increment or if im going through recon and going back quite tiring, especially since i work 50+ hours a week in construction and a couple weeks iv done 60-70 hours as well

Yes I listen to mostly 30s loops.
But I decided it because it gave me satisfying results

I asked support is it worth to then increase.
Increasing ā€˜maybe’ will give better results but also recon.

Since then am sticking to 30s maybe now and then increasing duration like 10s or something

Yes, many people do pretty much that.

I’ve been listening to RICH + Mogul mostly at 15s (sometimes up to 3 min but 90% of the time it was 15s) and I’m getting great results overall.

Been using RICH for 6 months, Mogul for 3 months

If you really want to increase exposure without side effects, consider increasing it by as little as +1-2s per listening day. @William does it and I think he listens to 30 sec for most of the time as well (though he does full loops sometimes too) and gets great results

I mean, he microlooped WB for like a year below 30s and had amazing results, so I think yes, you can absolutely just chill at 30s and reap all the benefits

Getting as close as possible to the sweetspot is useful.

I did super slow increment for quite some time.

for some subs like WB & DRR3, super low exposure worked well because my sweetspot coincidentally just happened to be that low.

for others like HeO & EE, full loops are better because my sweetspot is around there. Using low exposure makes the results not as holistic as it can get.

But you don’t need to.

Sure it’s nice to get close to the sweetspot, but you can still get a lot even without.

The gain isn’t a linear line up.
If you listen to 5% of the sub, doesn’t mean you only get 5% of what it could offer to your life. It’s way more. (100% doesn’t mean you’ll get 100% either if it blows way past your sweetspot.)

Chilling in the 30s mark is just as valid.
I’ve been caught by surprise again and again with how effective low exposure can be, even when the sweetspot is way above.

You can always go up to probe where the sweet spot is when you have the time for it. But in the mean time, if 30s is the most practical, then go for it.

I accidentally did this once and what you say is correct. Results were surprising indeed
