Experiencing Headaches

I have been running QL St 1 ultrasonic since past week and am on rest days.
I have been feeling insomnic and a mild head ache too. What can I do about it?

I’m experiencing a similar thing if it comes to the quality of sleep on Stark. Stark contains some elements of QL that cause that problem I believe. It was much worse when I started listening to it, now it’s much better and it seems to be improving. I’m going to wait it out.

  1. Drink more water.

  2. Reduce the number of loops.

Do what Simon suggested, that would usually take care of it.

Also, take a painkiller and rest.

Have you tried the Masked version, or lowering the volume? Ultrasonic it pretty damn loud

Water + electrolytes + a good choline source… phosphatidylcholine or alpha GPC.

Based on my own experience as well as several other people here, I’ve come to the conclusion that sub processing easily depletes acetylcholine, which causes headaches. Add choline and it solves the problem.

Yes, but I feel tired even after 1 loop of masked version.

Alright then, US and masked are both the same.

Rest, Hydrate (water and electrolytes) and food. Your brain is expending resources, you gotta supply energy to optimize it. Choline has been suggested and fish oil. You can get choline from Peanutbutter, eggs and broccoli (and meat), if you don’t like supplement or can’t get them now.

Walnuts, Coconut oil/MCT and avocados are also some of the greatest brain food. Introduce Fats to your diet (based of your diet needs, in terms of fitness goals and caloric needs) healthy, unprocessed, non of that junk kind.

We are dealing with the brain and it’s the fattiest organ in our body, fats serve it well.

Take some time off and give yourself a break. You are not losing progress

Check out the book Brain Maker by Dr. David Perlmutter, it’s a great plan for optimizing brain health.

My favorite by him is the “Grain Brain Whole Life Plan”.

There is another book which I have read recently I can’t get the name I think it’s brain food …talks about olive oil and avacados etc

Dr. Dale Bredesen has a fantastic book on that subject as well. Nearly all of the brain health books I’ve seen feature “clean keto” as the core of the eating plan, even if they don’t specifically say so. Healthy fats, limit or eliminate refined sugars etc.
