So I had bad effects with using it and I think it might be because it could be fake, I’m using level up mushrooms 3 in one combo. I tried for the past few days to see if anything would change and nothing really did maybe just fewer recon effects but my productivity reduced a lot I can’t even focus on studying. Is it normal?

Sorry! It’s cause it’s a coffee that contains lion mane I never opened it but I have it in case I do want to try it but I don’t want to have the same effects as with the other thing.
I buy small batch single origin organic coffee and prepare it with a Chemex & pourover kettle… I’m just scoffing at the idea of instant coffee in general.

I think you just bought a crap product, honestly. If you try a really good brand and then get the same effects, then you can decide it doesn’t work for you. And that may be the case, I’ve tried and subsequently ditched way more supplements than I kept using. That’s just part of the process of dialing in what works for each individual person.
I agreed I decided to test a lot of products and some works some don’t, reason why I like instant coffee is just for personal preference it’s easier to make and faster to make.
In that case I’d probably go with the four sigmatic mix if you want the mushroom benefits, or otherwise get capsules from one of the sources I linked and get a Keurig with Bulletproof coffee pods or whatever. It’s pretty convenient, and better quality coffee than any instant stuff.
And yes it pained me to suggest any sort of coffee pods, but at least this brand has good coffee in them. lol.
