I just finished a cycle of stage two Khan. I’m in wash out now. And my biggest change is
I just do things now. I don’t think a lot before I do. I just see and I do
previously, I would just be caught in this analysis paralysis spiral and never get things done.
But now I don’t care about anything, and got a lot more done, and I’m only getting started

Applied some tips from the book Secrets of the millionaire Mind.
Could feel a literal shift in my mind after completing the action.
Khan is raising my intuition to the next level.
Today I was gonna start my car to go get some organic tallow. I suddenly knew a friend was gonna call. So I just turned off the car and waited. He called in 5 seconds.
Later I suddenly felt the urge to check subclub website, I didn’t know why but then I saw that alchemist Singularity was released 2 mins ago.
This intuition is also useful while writing or thinking of ideas to work on.
Its fascinating.

I started growing holy basil from a plant cutting a month back.
2 days back i felt the unconscious urge to change the plant into a new terracotta pot.
I just brushed it off thinking its not needed as the existing vase is ok.
Today morning the leaves have all turned brown, droopy, the plant is about 90% dead.
It was fine yesterday, tho i saw slight browning of leaves.
Its that khan intuition but I couldn’t recognize it. Oh well! Lesson learned.
I released 6 videos so far.
He’s got non conflicting dao marks of every path so I think he’d just run all subs
I only read till 300 chapters as it was taking too much of my time. I just quit spending time in that way but yeah

Understandable. I did kinda quit it once as well (and just overall reading fiction) but found myself to be less happy and less productive this way
The more intense (but short and rare) is our fulfilment of basic needs (food, water, sex, information), the higher our motivation is for productive things, that’s what I noticed - so only good, tasty food but less often; drinking when you are thirsty; either no sex or great and passionate sex, no inbetween; high quality and high interest information or no information at all. So now I’m just reading it occasionally while having my life to be overall like dopamine detox and that seems to work great. - Hope this insight helps with your journey

I can say for sure that over the course of this cycle of K2, I experienced most of the features from this table.
- The manifestation of desired outcomes was the most obvious and the control over my sexual energy has reach a new level.
- I have a clarity over what I must do and the self assuredness to go forward with my plans.
- I now desire to reach the top in all of my goals, my previously goals seem mediocre in comparison.

- There were instances when I really wanted to stop working, but I pushed through, afterwards there was an influx of energy. Other times I just went to sleep instead of doom scrolling like usual.
- I am also more decisive ,because of the new belief that most decisions are reversible, other than health and money decisions over $300- this amount will also go up as my income increases.
- Women also respond well and better rapport with strangers more respect the whole nine yards
- I haven’t gone out as often just a few instances to get groceries and the interaction with people has been amazing.
- I have a lot of knowledge over what to do but i never implemented any of it. I have begun implementing all of my thoughts and the effect is spectacular.
- I am locked in on my goals so did not focus on getting girls when I get any such thoughts I direct them towards my goals.
- I completely stopped listening to all music except for NEFFEX as all of their music is focused on achieving in life . Because most main stream songs are potential attack vectors to direct my thoughts towards sex, drugs or some BS.
- The past month was peaceful and rewarding. No random songs in my head, libido under control and intuition is off the charts.
- And mainly I don’t give a f**k no more and life is just so free. Its mine to take.

I’m on stage 1 and your journal is very inspirational.
I too feel like I want to go to live in a cave or a shack in the middle of nowhere, away from people and society.
Stage 1 is making me feel very empty all of the time and my libido is very down, did you get that too?

The emptiness comes from a restructuring of core beliefs.
All of our beliefs are anchored with societal validation. We want something or the other from society but stage 1 makes you question that and it shows you that the world does not care no matter what you do.
Just stick with what you are going through, journal about that emptiness by asking questions like "why do I feel empty?
Am i really empty or is it just a feeling or mood?
Even if I am empty so what?
I can learn or do whatever I want, who is holding my neck and keeping me captive?
and so on "
And have a bit of faith in yourself. You have overcome many battles already. This is just one such battle.
And don’t worry too much about libido in stage 1, try to be exposed to the sun a lot, it helps with the processing. Drinking lots of water, vitamins, going for a walk in nature, 5 minute micro loops, etc will help
Libido will increase from stage 2 onwards, so right now focus on completing 1 cycle of stage 1 and from stage 2 you will feel so much better.
