Esafo : Khan+ Spartan

I dont keep an online journal but i feel like i should . so i am going to be running a simple stack of Khan stage 4 and spartan . the main reason as to why ? these were the two subs that i had the best results with and had a noticeable affect on my life .

Khan got me unstuck and attracted some of the hottest women in my life to me whereas spartan made me so warlike to the point where i got my competitive fire from when i was playing college ball back and then some .

Also i have never really ran these titles in a slim stack so i am wondering how profound the results will be now that i am in a position where they could flourish .

so im at this weird place where i think i have a pretty good understanding of my path and mental gaps so i was thinking of hopping back into stage 4 and stack it with spartan then after the first cycle i am going to implement my emp fit and spartan custom

that’s right. This is my first run of Khan. so this will be my first time on Khan St4.

But the previous 3 stages were solid bro.

I am more beautiful, confidence at an all time high, sexual energy off the charts, women interaction is great. Tho i’m focssuing on business now. So haven’t socialized much. Overall a must for all men

Results after 1st loop

  1. Reflexes are off the charts : during sparring I was able to just counter every partner I had with the utmost ease if I wasn’t stupid .

  2. Endurance is pretty good was able to go the full rounds without getting tired

  3. Mental strength is growing because I haven’t been able to sleep well for a a day or two and had to go to work and train after .

  4. I do find that I wanna extend myself more socially
