Did you think about changing your diet, exercising and using some supplements like Choline. B3, Rosea Rhodiola?

@Sub.Zero good idea however I have already taken care of that I am pretty regimental when it comes to what I eat. In terms of supplements I do use Lions Mane and Cordisops, B3 but not looked a the Choline supplements.
Choline is food for the brain. It boost the level of acetycholine level which is responsible for main cognitive functions like remembering, recalling and concentration. And it’s super cheap if you buy it in powder. Rosea Rhodiola gives you a physical boost apart from the cognitive one and reduces the level of anxiety and stress.

OK thanks everyone for now I am going to get my stark core recompiled with a few additional modules. Decided to keep it well rounded so i have put the Facial Morphing and Epigenetics DNA Modulator back in as well as the I.Q. and Cognitive Booster.
