Can someone please expand upon what this means from a pragmatic standpoint,

Energetic Restoration and Energetic Augmentation help clear and heal your energy system if it was damaged by dangerous/unhealthy practices, influences and effects, including from inexperienced practitioners,

For explaning this pragmatic stanpoint might be little bit challening because what would we monitor it with?

However i try to explain it with another way:

According to a recent article published in American Scientist: Close to 99 percent of our genome has been historically classified as noncoding, useless “junk” DNA. Consequently, these sequences were rarely studied.

This is a commonly known scientific data. Esoterically though nature of the DNA is explained as multimensional one and up to a point it is possible to activate your dormant DNA…

So this “dangerous/unhealthy practices, influences and effects” will cause your multidimensional DNA to adopt data that isn’t aligned with the Ultimate Reality -therefore an illusion-. (Let’s say you had a computer that was at peak performance, but the websites you visit started corrupting it’s data - so a cleaning/recoding is needed)

So this is the step where any practice can fix this come in and tap into various parts/forces of your being to restore your Blueprint into a healty/working one.

I would say most resonating title would be a “Lightworker”. Last 5-7 years was mostly focused on Self-Healing, Spiritual Growth, Energetic Cleaning/Purification.

Let me put my understanding in an example

Sören finds this mind-boggling video on Kundalini on YouTube. It advertises a course on kundalini awakening for 19,99$ and he buys it.
A few weeks later, after practicing kundalini mediation for hours wvery day, he is super fucked up, because his teacher was a fraud that cobbled that course together after reading a few free ebooks.
He doesn’t know what’s wrong, only that everything is kinda messed up. He sleeps bad, feels bad, feels energies somehow in a disturbing way, etc.
Now he’s building a custom with Energetic Restoration and Energetic augmentation and uses them according to instructions.
After a few weeks, he notices the symptoms got better.
