Emperor: Will To Power vs. Ascension

After running DRGold St3 I’ve felt the need to bring more POWER into my life. Power to effect changes that I really want.

I’ve never run Ascension or Emperor or Emperor: Will To Power. Out of these titles which one would you recommend to bring more power into my life. I am specifically seeking to transform my life financially with Real Estate Wholesaling within a couple of weeks (I am committed to something else for a few weeks then will be free finally to devote my time and energy to this new path full-time). Intuitively I feel that I need more internal strength, drive, confidence and especially power to succeed in this new venture.

I am seeking to continue running DR Gold then one of the above titles (Ascension, New Emperor or EWTP) with Genesis Mogul or NRich.

Thoughts, recommendations? Thanks all!

For this, I’d say definitely Ascension to build a base. It gave me the determination, assertiveness and drive to get the job I wanted.
Run it for three months and see the magic happen.

I would recommend doing an analysis of your current resources in this scenario. Mainly, what is your current resources and skillsets. With wholesaling, selling is going to be extremely important as you will basically be on the phone with the owners of the home, and have to thoroughly care for and understand their situation, while at the same time influence them to sell the house at a discount.

Do you have capitol to put into marketing, systems, procedures? If not, I would highly recommend having at least 5-10K liquid to invest into those things as it will make the entire process infinitely easier. I worked for a company that would coach/consult on wholesaling specficially, and that was the first thing we always told people. May or be not be your scenario, but I know a lot of people want to start wholesaling as it is a low barrier to entry into real estate, that said it is a business just as much as anything else, and having the right skill set/resources are essential.

DR should really cover personal power pretty in depth. Out of the listed titles, Genesis Mogul or NRich seem to make the most sense here, especially with wholesaling as manifesting key deals/leads/opportunities in a scarce housing market is going to be absolutely massive.

NRICH, has the added benefit of better understanding your niche/unique avatar (Super important for wholesaling, and something the best investors/wholesalers do at a very high level), increasing marketing and sales skills, as well as as the wealth manifestation from R.I.C.H.

The new Emperor seems to have so much wealth and success scripting along with resilience and drive scripting that it almost seems to be an updated Ascended Mogul of sorts.

More like an “expanded” ascended mogul.

I would not run Ascension right now as it’s not an NSE sub.

I would run Emperor or even Mogul, which hits your goal of real estate wholesaling directly.

I’d wait for the answer on wealth scripting.
The forum is still debating how to understand the copy: does it contain Emperor’s wealth scripting or is iteant for people who’ve attained their share of wealth already.
