I can only speak for Emperor as I am not familiar with Emperor: House of Medici.
The latest version for all subliminals and Ultimas is Qv2. Version Q or Qv1 is the old version and will be discontinued soon. Version Qv2 is stronger than Qv1.
Emperor does contain elements from Ascended Mogul (AM), Sex Mastery, Quantum Limitless Lite and other modules. From my experiences with Emperor thus far (since Oct 2020), Emperor does add a boost of productivity and discipline.
If you want studying only, Limitless sounds good. But do ask others who are familiar with Limitless and studying.

You can stack the Emperor with Limitless and it should help you not only in studying.

Yes sir! Emperor contains QL Lite as (I think) the OP says, and it is DEFINITELY prevalent.
@RVconsultant have you used Emperor before by any chance, or did you go with Khan instead of it?

@Voytex but i have seen some journal on emperor v4 and emperor v5. I am confused😅.
Version 4 refers to the script of the Emperor, since there have been some updates to it, and Qv2 refers to the newest technology at our disposal.
The Emperor contains AM, Quantum Limitless Lite and Sex Mastery and I consider it the most important one of all the subs we have in SC.

I already have Quantum LimitlessQ and limitless Q. Will it take longer time to show results? Is there any issue if i have only Q version not Qv2 ?
Since i didn’t knew about the difference between Qv1 and Qv2 earlier. So i am asking Qv1 will give slow results or it will work efficiently and i don’t need to bother about Limitless Qv2 and QL Qv2 and continue Q v1😅??
Hmm,the qv2 upgrades are free.you can check out your downloads on your store account and get the qv2 versions.limitless has been upgraded to qv2 already.quantum limitless hasnt yet though.you might as well switch to the qv2 ones though as they are available cause they are stronger and work better
