Emperor stark iq

I know emperor and stark both increase iq, let’s say I make a custom with both, will there be a benefit to adding iq and cognitive booster module? Will it make me much smarter? I’m asking because I have already 20 modules and I really don’t know which one to get rid of so I can add the iq booster.

if you want to emphasize cognitive boosting part of mais subs, then add cognitive boosting modules. without modules it would be 100%, but with modules - 200%.
