If you stack with emperor, which one would be better for primal vs iron throne? I’m curious about the experiences of the people who ran these combinations.

It depends on what you want. Primal is only part of PS or PSIT. Primal is the mindset part where S&S is the tactical mindset.
PS/PSIT to have more sex
Primal to “simply” be more accepting of what you want sexually
Personally I like the idea of PS covering both angles

Primal, or Primal Seduction? I’ll assume the latter based off of the question.
It depends on your goals of course. As you mentioned monogamy, that helps a great deal.
Long ago, I believe Saint cautioned people in relationships about Primal Seduction. I don’t recall the post and I’m no Archivist, so, my personal view is… The subliminal forces you to do nothing you don’t plan on doing.
If you want to be monogamous with PS, it’s possible. I will give you my own personal warning as someone that has run Primal Seduction, while in a relationship; people that are interested in you WILL manifest. It depends on you how to answer your harvest.
