Emperor - one sub to rule them all

The title sounds nice but is more or less BS, this sub does not rule other subs and I would even say the Khan of Khan would be stronger, but it sounds nice as a title.

So after my custom adventure and the one post of @Malkuth I want to focus upon Emperor, even disregarding a supporting sub like Rebirth. simplicity should be king, not switching or stacking, just emperor.

And for myself the metaphor of bamboo:
When you put the seed in the ground you don’t see any change on the surface for the first years, it just continues to build stronger roots. BUT as soon as it breaks the surface, it grows very fast.
So while I might not see changes from hour to hour or day to day or even within a cycle, I trust the process and I will change over time. I will not know which changes come first, I will now know how long each change will take to be seen and to be permanent. But I know subs work and I had always the most success if I keep them for a long time.

So this is day 1. 07/17/22

@Kyuss Excellent metaphor! I feel the same way about my sub journey. At first I expected this over night change but now I have slowed my roll and let my intuition lead me. I am over the fast change my sub every week shiny new toy syndrome.

Yes, I also had the tendency especially with stacking to see improvements quick otherwise I would tend to switch to another stack that fits better. I have used a lot subs in the past decade and the most change was when I was just using a single sub for a longer period of time without much expectations, without a fear of not enough results. I was just running a multi stage program for 6 months and afterwards look back on how much improvements I have.

For the changes on the Emperor run, I feel less hungry or quicker full when eating. Other than that no noticeable differences since yesterday.

Note for myself, day 3, listening to 5 minutes of a loop in the morning.
Productivity was low yesterday, I could feel resistance to working but today I feel a motivation that needs direction, that needs to get out into something useful…

Has been a few turbulent days the last few days. I miss my custom (either Lion IV or GLM out of it). Seems I am still not done with it. Or it is a bit recon from 5 minutes Emperor.

Yesterday and today I have a headache and feel not like running the sub today even though today is listening day and the last times I listened in the morning.

That’s a good decision. Let the energy which is needed for subliminals go towards healing your headache.

I call it quits on this one for now.
Even though I thought I messed up my custom and it might not be focused enough I miss now the effect it had on me.
So I stop with Emperor early, do an early washout and go back to my custom. So much for the bamboo… :wink:
I am sure I will go back to emperor but my custom felt more like bringing me to my center. (Maybe the name embedding made it feel like myself)
