Just started it today, I will mostly be using ultrasonic with the masked version here and there when available. I’m used to running ultrasonic subliminals for 14-16 hours a day so I’ll be starting there.

Any suggestions on the db volume that is ideal? I’m using frequensee and leaving my default volume levels it’s running at about -70db which seems a little quiet for me?

Anything over -80db is theoretically okay, but I try to push for -50db or so. It’s easier to achieve when you use a media player with volume controls that’s separate from the system volume – iTunes, for example. You can set your system audio volume at one level, then boost the levels of the playing track.
