Emperor fitness Vs LotS

I would like to discuss and debate the contrasts between these two subs

Both are categorized in what I would label as “Health, Fitness and Aesthetic”

Both have physical shifting as well as healing.

I have both subs and plan to experiment with them one after another to see for myself. Currently running emperor fitness stage 4. But for users who’s tried both: what did you find different and unique between the two from each other?

Good Question mate. I am tracking this sub because I would like to know as well.

Emperor Fitness SUPREME is on my wait list.

Well I got LotS and I have done no serious action about this title. I have an injury on my left leg and it really hurt when doing hard work. While doing Dragon Reborn, I have this urge to jog or run - I suspect it was either the Emperor or Khan who kick my ass to do it. But it still hurt. I run LotS once a week at one loop. A lot of people in my house or at work notice my gorilla hair and my beard and they are asking if I am taking any vitamins. The best thing I know was I can walk on my left leg without hurting myself.

LotS also prove that doing simple titles, we can right away see the results. My sleep is more than great. I bought LotS thinking I can have a good shape body without exercising. I cannot contribute all to LotS cause I know Emperor and Khan push me to do a lot of things. But whenever you have a good night sleep all the prerequisite for a healthy body follows. Aesthetic? well I can check every time I look at the mirror before taking a bath, I got jealous with a smile.

I think Emperor fitness is all in there, I’m sure it packs a lot of fun than LotS.

Emperor fitness is about fitness with the side of aesthetics

Legacy is about shifting into the most aesthetic machine possible and also shifting into performing your sport or objective best

Basically emperor fitness is fitness

Legacy is shiftin

That’s the overall sense I got as well.

Emperor fitness is more performance and health related

LotS is more shifting specifically for aesthetic.

But now I wonder how LotS then compares to say Wanted
