Okay so I am currently running WANTED and my Emperor custom and for WANTED this would be my third cycle. While I have had great results with WANTED and I do like what the physical shifting is doing for me such as increased muscle mass, slowly leaning out, and more endurance I have decided that at this point in time a fitness sub would benefit me more at this point in time.
So I have been overweight pretty much since childhood and while I have lost a lot of weight I am still not at a healthy weight. Plus I do have trauma from being bullied in my younger years about my weight, while they dont bother me now anywhere near the point they used to, they are still there. Also I would get real focused on my diet and workout routines make a lot of progress and then my old habits would come back and I would lose a lot of progress. So while I do understand these are both great subs and would get me the results I desire I would like to know which would serve me better. I finally want to tackle these vices of mine and change for the better.

Which of the two is goin to really destroy and heal the issues internally that I have with my weight?

Which of the two is goin to incorporate better habits for me so that way I can truly change that side of me to the point it remains permanent? This way in the future I can listen to another sub and I wont lose the habits, and could come back to them from time to time if and when needed.

Now while I am overweight I do have a good amount of muscle mass naturally and I do have an easy time putting on muscle and when I have my diet and routine dialed in I can also lose fat at the same time.

My goals are mainly to lose weight mostly fat loss, and to hopefully maintain/gain muscle mass. I mainly would be doing cardio and weightlifting.

I plan on running my Emperor custom for 6 months min and some of the modules include Carpe Diem, Inner Gasoline, Natural Winner, Productivity Unleashed, SPS Muscular and Endocrine system so I do have some productivity, motivation, and some physical health and shifting. Just looking for something to run along side this custom until I hit my goals.

Not looking to become a body builder or anything at this point in time just looking to get healthier and stronger.

While I could stack those two together for the time being I do want to have one or the other with my Emperor custom. In the future when I get more used to the subs I would consider it.

Running Spartan for a few cycles and then doing EF is an option as well if its really recommended lol I did just buy a custom and I am going to school and only working part time.

Also I do only have 3 months of school left and plus my state exam. Would one of these subs help me to maintain focus and help me study more, through discipline that goes beyond fitness?
