And rarely engaging and cooperating with people . I don’t like the monk mode word , usually you need to contact others to achieve certain tasks . And you need an open focus not a singular Focus .

I assume because monks are known for single-minded focus when needed. They don’t try to do 30-40 things at the same time. Kinda like the Zen (or is it Buddhist?) thing of “If you are drinking tea, drink tea”

Focus means dialing in on one thing. Open and focus are two conflicting things.

When I wrote " open focus " this was on back of my mind .
I need to co-ordinate with the supplier that the product will arrive after two weeks at the same time I have to look at my bank account that the customer paid the down payment required to deliver the goods for him and now is the time to pay the salaries for employees at the same time , central banks did smth that resulted in price increase so I now working hand in hand with the accountant and supplier to decide on the new prices . After that I should assure that the new price list reached to the customers .etc

In my mind when I think about singular Focus , I imagine a pianist refining his skills , basketball player or any athletic . A programmer , mechanical work , compared to a circus performer who needs an open focus to co-ordinate with others there moves or a football player in the field who needs open focus instead of singular Focus while improving his skills . Maybe the word open focus is not accurate word , but I take it from meditation there is the singular Focus on one object like breathing or open focus where you grasp all the senseations happening within and without you.

Honestly I think this is an unnecessary distinction when talking about this new title
Founders haven’t really given us anything in the way of what TYPE of focus this will include, and knowing them, they will make the scripting just about FOCUS and let our minds direct which type of focus we need for the kind of work we are doing.

No you have it all wrong Saint created a custom called Sex Monster its been locked up in the vaults as its extremely powerful and dangerous in the wrong hands. Its akin to giving a child a loaded shot gun.
Monk mode is a productivity protocol.
Work 12 hours a day.
No coffee. No alcohol. No social media. No going out late. Exercise every day. Only digital entertainment you can use is reading or listening to business books.
You go “monk” mode because you cut out the outside world as much as possible and work solely on your craft.
A monk’s craft is meditating, an entrepreneur’s craft is business.
PS: Monk Mode is also called a “Dopamine Detox,” but Monk Mode is the more extreme version

lol I was looking forward to what came out of LBFH inspirations as far as a sex title goes. So hopefully Sex Monster was, a different monster.
