I just started running Emperor Black ZP a few days ago and I recently purchased Lineage Mandate Eternal as well. I was reading through the manual and it mentioned the idea of journaling, and I thought that keeping a journal of my experiences on this forum would be a good idea because I could potentially get some feedback on what I’m doing and experiencing, in addition to the benefits of journaling.
I was given some subclub subliminals a few years ago through a discord server and thought it was a pretty cool experience, so I decided I wanted to get back into them. My girlfriend has a son I wasn’t really prepared to take of when I met her, so I thought doing a family-focused sub would be good, and I’m preparing to take a major change in direction in my life for which I thought Emperor Black ZP would be a good fit.
I’m getting ready to enroll in a coding boot camp and make a career change after self-studying computer programming for a few months and the off-season at my job coming up. I just got the ok to do the boot camp full time at my job this winter, so now I’m trying to get enrolled and get ready for the experience.
What I noticed starting to run this sub is it’s helping me prioritize. I’m not so concerned about keeping a million plates spinning as I was before; now, I’m ready to focus on the most important things, keep everything else in maintenance mode, and just keep focused on the things that are really going to move the needle for me. I feel more present, I feel more grounded.
The only thing is that I’m used to running these subs all day every day, so I’m having kind of a hard time adjusting to just running it 1-2 times every other day, but I’m definitely noticing a need to sleep in every day so I guess it could be from the recon, so I’ll try to keep an eye on that. I’m just the kind of person that does something every single day, or I don’t do it at all, so that’ll be something I’m tinkering with as I go on with this journey.
In terms of family life, I haven’t noticed anything too different from running the Lineage Mandate Eternal, but I think a big part of that is that my schedule hasn’t been super conducive to parenting lately. I think moving into the next few weeks I’m going to try to prioritize being there for my girfriend and my girlfriend’s son.

It’s hard, because every sub provides a nice benefit. It’s not easy, and recon is no fun either. Trust the process brother and good luck on your journey. Looking forward to seeing your EB and Mandate experience, as they are very interesting subs.
