What is meant by Physical Healing? Of the organs?

In my experience of Elixir (and Regeneration), the physical healing came more from resolving mental and emotional issues.
But health issues that aren’t very serious (like a common cold) can also be resolved with Elixir. And I did experience light physical healing like that

I noticed my muscles are less achy when I used Elixir some time ago, notably around the trapezius and base of the neck

When combined with regeneration, you will notice being more light and energetic.
