Elite Discounts and gifting titles

I want to gift my fiancee a name embedd for Valentine’s Day.
Does my elite discount apply to this as well?
Or do I need to open a second account in the Q-Store and buy it without discount?

I went through the Terms and Conditions section of the shop but didn’t find anything on the use of the discount.

Could someone tell me how to correctly do this?

I remember asking this way way way back in the day. Gotta make their own account, with their email address, etc.

The discount only applies to your own purchases/account.
