Ear Pain from subs

I am sure many people have had it at some point while listening to subs. How do you deal with it?

(I am getting ear pain mostly in my left ear)

Try listening on lower volume( i use 3 bar in android phon)
and take more rest days

If your using ultrasonic or Ultima- try lowering the volume.

If that doesn’t work and your on headphones, use speakers instead with a low volume

You may not be able to use Ultrasonic and/or Ultima- some people are just sensitive to it.

If the issue is from masked, same applies, lower the volume-use speakers instead of headphones.

it could be ear fatigue -if your listening extensively.

If it’s masked at low volume on speakers and you still experience it. And you’ve given whatever issue you currently have time to heal. It may be recon. I get that with new subs -stemming from jaw-neck tension.

Stay safe.

Install FreqenSee (or similar apps) and see that you definitely are not exceeding (-30 DB), afaik. Turn down either the volume down of the App or your total volume untill you are under.

Taking small breaks can also help as others have suggested.

Avoid ultrasonics or lower to minimum volume.
Same with Ultimas.
It works fine at the Lowest volume

What are you listening to?

What format?

Ultima? Terminus? T^2? Qv1? Qv2? Ultrasonic? Masked? Which Masks?

Headphones or speakers?

How many hours a day total?

Listening awake or asleep?

Quantum Limitless stage 1 , Qv1, Ultrasonic, speakers, more than 6, both
(Sorry for late reply)

Thanks mate!

Okay first, I would encourage you to read the PDF about volume of ultrasonics. Also measure the volume with a program like Frequensee.

Also start with 1 loop per day.

These are things that might help. Please keep us updated.
