Driving Emperor Solo

Once upon a time, there was a driver who was struggling to maintain discipline in his daily life. He wanted to improve himself and become more focused. He discovered the power of the subliminal Emperor and decided to use it to his advantage. He began to incorporate daily actions into his routine such as nofap, exercise, diet, meditation and reading.

At first, it was challenging, but with the help of the subliminal Emperor, he was able to push through and make progress. He found that the more he focused on these daily actions, the more motivated and disciplined he became.

Over time, the driver noticed a significant change in himself. He was more focused, motivated, and disciplined in everything he did. He was able to achieve his goals and become the person he always wanted to be. He was grateful for the power of the subliminal Emperor and was able to use it to improve his life in a meaningful way.

The driver continued to use the subliminal Emperor to maintain his discipline and focus, and he was able to achieve even more success in his life. He was proud of himself and the progress he had made, and he knew that the power of the subliminal Emperor had played a big role in his journey. He was grateful for the opportunity to use it and was happy with the results.

The driver was fortitudinous and imbued with enough wisdom to follow Emperor sololey without any distraction. Keep at it :+1:

How many cycles did the driver drove thus far?

Yes sir, I’ve got to stay focused. That’s why I won’t be on the forum much because I’m easily distracted. I do better when I’m not absorbing much information. It stops the indecisiveness.

I’ve done a full cycle of the New Emperor and also run a loop here and there but there’s not been much consistency. This time I’ll focus on daily action while running Emperor solo, and ignore all distractions to avoid shiny object syndrome.

See you all soon!

Good idea and a great plan. Keep on driving, Driver :fist_right:

I’ve read some your posts, and it seems like you have used several major programs successfully. In addition to Emperor, which programs do find contribute most to a ā€œsuccess mindsetā€. I mean success broadly as it could be applied to self-improvement, self-image, or other realms like fitness, socializing, or wealth. Thanks.

I think Emperor works best in the way you described, but it’s a beast that can create some tension for some reason. This cycle I’ve started off with 3 minute loops and I’ve not noticed much yet after 3 listening days but I want to see if it ā€˜builds up’ to something over the cycle.

Another sub that helped push me out of my comfort zone and allowed me to make progress with my business was Genesis. When I think about all the action I took on that sub, it makes me wonder why I didn’t keep running it. Unlike Emperor, it was also a very chilled feeling of productivity, like a feeling that whatever I did, it was going to turn to gold. When I notice Emperor’s effects, they feel a bit more rigid and unsatisfying. But if the ends justify the means and all that…

There’s a lot of good subs though that I’ve never run which could help with those objectives, like Khan for example. I also would be interested in testing an upgraded Ascended Mogul, as it could have the Emperor feel without the unsatisfied tension I experience.

Sadly not noticing much yet other than more motivation to workout. I kind of made that decision already though, to get in best shape and fitness possible for next working season.

Daily discipline is up and down with exception of nofap which is going strong. I think once I see value in something then it’s easier for me to commit to it. Stuff like reading (outside of how-to books) and meditation never really did much for me so I think it’s harder to commit. I can imagine meditation being good because I can’t focus for shit. Even listening to audiobook summaries, I just can’t focus and I tune out. I have terrible auditory learning skills and it probably explains why I was bad at school.

I don’t know if I should increase loop lengths. I wanted to stick with 3min loops the whole cycle to see effects build without recon, but I can’t judge how well it’s working if I’m not feeling a bit of recon. I feel like I’d be doing this exact thing listening or not.

Have you tried listening to more than 3 minutes?

Nah, I fell off the listening schedule. I haven’t done anymore loops since the last update. I’ve been feeling like shit and decided to give it a rest. I don’t think it had anything to do with the subliminal making things bad, just life in general.

I’ve had some rough moments on Emperor too lately.

I’ll suggest something I did with DR last year (my first time doing it) and also this past weekend (first time since last year):

Doing loops only MWF and taking weekends off. I’m at the end of a 2 day rest, and similar to when I was last on DR, the second day allowed time for the subs to bloom. It’s almost like a mini-washout, as lots of awarenesses popped up late last night and all through today. But it wasn’t painful recon. It was much closer to ā€œdamn…that’s what needs changingā€, and I’ve had sustained thoughts and feelings about how and why I should change.

Like I said, I did this my first time with DR, and weekends were regular times of powerful internal change. Emperor is doing the exact same things in me now.

It also makes change much more desirable. I hadn’t expected that.

Thanks for that tip. I think I did try that schedule out at a time and it worked well.

Man, I dunno. It feels like I don’t get that good results from subs. I did figure out though that I’m seeking a ā€œfeelingā€ more so than a concrete physical manifestation result by running subs. I think I just want to feel good, that’s what I seek and I don’t know if the subs are an answer for me in that regard.

I know certain things work for me in respect to this goal such as a semen retention, healthy diet, moderate exercise / mobility, good sleep routine etc, but the more I think about it all, I’m not sure how the subs ever fit in and added to these habits. I think that’s why I have longer breaks off subs at times because I just don’t see the benefits, although I really do want to believe in it. There’s no doubt they do something but I dunno, I just get a bit over them.

I’ve been thinking about doing more subs but I don’t have that much goals outside of what I’m already doing. In that I mean I don’t know if they can do anything beyond what I’m already doing. The only exception is an idea to try Sanguine again for the positivity aspect. I know that could help. I tend to cycle a bit from on top of the world to depression, kind of like bipolar except I don’t have that (apparently). Sometimes too I think it’s all the digital media fucking my head because I’ve had good results with dopamine detox, although I can’t quite stomach that right now, but I do try to limit internet use. I need to be really busy at work and socially to restart a dopamine detox, right now life is very quiet. I always felt I wasn’t wired right for the modern era, perhaps many aren’t.

Ok, I’ll dig.

How’s sleep been for you lately?

Sleep is really good. 9-10pm through to 6-7am. The only time it gets messed up is if I PMO. That usually messes up my mood too but having sex infrequently does not.
