Running Dragon Reborn Ultima. Recently, when not traveling, I have gotten into a rhythm of playing a sub at approxinately 7 am after having listened to a hypnosis track from Hypnotica’s “Mythos of Masculinity”.
While traveling I have foregone listening, though a couple of times I have listened to an Ultima from my phone.
I have traveled the last 5 weekends and shall do so again this upcoming weekend.
The Hypnotica induction was about the principles, values and strategies of Ben Franklin.

I have not mentioned it before but I have been listening to a track from Hypnotica’s “Mythos of Masculinity” on nearly a daily basis recently.
Anyway, I am going to keep posting about listening to hypnosis tracks, as they are not subliminal, and I want to log them in my journal.
That’s actually something I’ve found myself considering as well. I’ve listened to countless hours of hypnosis with no miraclous experiences though. It’s how my self-development journey started. It’s more for the time out and relaxing/rejuvenating than anything, at least for my purposes.
I wonder if the crew might come up with something of the sort to supplement our sub listening. With all these processing days of no input that’s what kind of perked my interest in trying out hypnosis audios again.
Yes, that would be my experience, too, but honestly, I have not had “miraculous experiences” with any self-help modality I have applied. I did find myself having a notable reduction in anxiety over time, though, from using hypnosis regularly.
Hypnotica has a pretty good rep, though, and he and Mark Cunningham are the two hypnotists whose inductions I have used the most often.

I think Sub Club needs a weird mascot.
Maybe each subliminal title needs its own mascot you can imagine inspiring you and aiding you in taking action related to the goal of your sub in day to day life. It would be a sort of “daemon” of the sub.
