On the sales page for the OG Dragon Reborn it sates that a person should run Ascension and then Emperor prior to running Dragon Reborn. I’ve been curious about the recommend number of cycles for both prior each prior to Dragon Reborn

Well for one, the OG page was written when there were much much less options in titles to run.
I think it’s less about the amount of cycles and more about your mental foundation.
Maybe you can be ready for DR after one cycle of Ascension, maybe you need 3 cycles of Emperor before you are ready, maybe you need 6 months.
It’s about having a strong inner world and mental foundation for the healing of DR, if you are weak mentally and emotionally maybe DR is not the best option, how could you handle all of the healing scripting if you are not already strong and resilient?
Setting a fixed numbers of loops is not something that can be done, it’s individual.
You should know when you are ready.
@RagnarLothbrok You’re correct now that I think about it. Have the inner frame , the mental strength, and emotional resilience to deal with and work through whatever comes up while healing. Probably works the same for those seeking therapy in real life.
