For reasons I don’t quite understand , at least not yet anyway, running Dragon Reborn makes me think of this often

That is a powerful and fundamental insight.
To me, it’s the equivalent of walking around with one’s senses open rather than just ignoring everything as one moves about the world.
As an interesting aside, that specific word was created by this man:
He made it up about 12 years ago because he felt that there should be one specific word to convey that concept.
Had a website and a YouTube channel where he just made up words that he thought should exist. Eventually, he put all of his neologisms into a book, and, with the irony typical of modern life, that book is now a NY Times bestseller.
