I think @RockyHandsome combined these 2 into a custom first. He said he got great results with it. Hope he can share some of them on this thread (he had even asked if Subclub could make an official title that combined Primal and Ascension together. I think that’s an excellent idea too)

Yes you will. Eventually our thoughts coalesces into something concrete and you get something that’s inline with what you desire

Not easy to make out yet. Maybe because am more focused on physical healing (which haven’t been noticeable yet), am not paying much attention to other differences between ST1 and ST2
I do remember that the transition between DR ST1 and ST2 was smooth. I didn’t feel different. Just feel more authentic. More me. The normalizing aspect must be strong in this title

I think you will feel the effects of healing when you done healing.
Like when i do stage 1 khan it feels almost like normal. Just here and there emotional and anger thats it. When i went to stage 2 i felt the healing effects.

Khan ST1 was the most difficult emotional healing subliminal I ever run. Probably because it’s the first healing sub I ever ran. I had this heaviness in my heart region which only went away after using Sanguine/Spartan along with Total Breakdown. I feel as if a lot of emotional healing happened to me at that time (which was around the summer of 2019)
Elixir U was comparitively smoother for me. Well, at least along with RegenerationQ. I didn’t feel as much reconciliation compared to Khan ST1 but it was occasionally there

An extremely boring day but not much reconciliation except some slight irritation and almost losing my temper now and then

Spent most of my time tinkering with the modules of my soon-to-be-created Primal Ascension Q custom. Possible that I will drop the physical shifting modules and wait for PRIMARCH to release to make a custom with that topic. Will most probably stick to only an alpha mindset custom for now. I don’t much want to distribute different topics in the same custom. Makes it largely nonreusable later when I make a different custom and I end up wanting to specialize in another topic

For example, if I focus on only an alpha mindset in Primal Ascension Q, I can make another custom with only physical shifting modules later. And then another solely to wealth. Etc

I have a feeling Primal Ascension might drop as a title soon.
Although your custom would still meet personal specifications and name embedding
