when i was journalling i noticed so much change but when i stopped i almost felt like nothing was happening then sometimes every other day, a few days or even multiple weeks i would realize something like aha moments where i do change. it feels almost like nothings happening at times but then all of a sudden it hits me that it has. whenever i feel like nothings happening i restore my confidence by reflecting on how i was before.
i only run subs long term. i want to make sure the results are solid and stick. if i jumped around with different subs i probably wouldnt have been able to reflect back and realized it was working the way i did
