Is Rebirth also helpful against harmfull memories you aren’t aware of anymore,but are burried in your subconcious mind?

I’ve experienced healing like this in the time I’ve used subliminals with Rebirth in them, and using the standalone version.
The unconscious mind takes the directions and sorts everything out.
