Does it make sense to use the foundational subs after a long run of advanced ones?

Let’s say someone runs subs like Emperor/Stark/Khan, for a prolonged amount of time but those are their first subs. Would it make sense to, let’s say, after 3 consistent years of Emperor/Stark/Khan to spend some time on “foundational” sub like AM (once updated, of course) or something similar?

Or does NSE destroys the concept of foundational subs? Or maybe just after a prolonged run of “advanced” subs, there’s no need to use foundational subs anymore as you’ve probably already grown immensely and got the necessary foundation?

It never ever hurts to run foundational subs. They won’t “erase” stuff you already gleaned from Emperor/Stark/Khan. If anything, it’ll help future runs of those go even better.

You don’t even need to wait for the updates. Every sub here is phenomenal for what it is, regardless of the version.

I agree but I mentioned it for equal competition, so to speak. Because comparing NSE Emperor with current Ascension is kinda unfair imo

So you think if I do 2-3 years of Stark Black, HOM and EOG, then do more basic money sub(s) like AM for some time, and then come back to original stack, it might greatly improve my future results? Or better just keep consistent with the stack?

Foundational subs will never hurt your results. They will help.

Thanks

I am running an old custom in ZPv2 without any NSE script in it.

Works even better than ever

In my opinion, when you compare something like AM and emperor (NSE Aside) all that matters is that AM is much more narrow.

Meaning you will get faster results compared to emperor because it’s not kitchensink.

But as with all SC subs, you will still grow if you just listen to AM for ten years.

Good question man, I’ve been wondering that too :+1:

yeah, but the question is will I be able to get full results from Emperor without ever spending time with AM, for example?

You’ll get different answers from different people, lol. In my opinion, none of this makes sense. I personally never understand these questions, and it’s like a foreign language to me.

My approach has always been to look at myself (@Luther24 ), figure out where I want to go in life from Point A to B (set clear goals), and then choose a decent enough subliminal for those goals, until I reach those goals.

It’s the most simple thing to me and works 100% of the time.

I’m not sure that I buy the idea of universally ’foundational’ subs in the first place.

One subliminal program can operate simultaneously on many, many different levels.

So, the ‘foundational’ side of things probably has more to do with the situation and the development of the user than with the subliminal program itself.

What I do with a jump rope and what Muhammad Ali or Floyd Mayweather does with a jump rope will likely be two very different things.

What I do with a basic freestyle swimming stroke and what Michal Phelps does with the same swimming stroke are likely to be two very different things.

It’s not precisely the subliminal program that is foundational, it’s the user’s current developmental stage.

That’s why so many programs are described as being appropriate for both beginners and advanced users. (Check out the program description for Genesis, for example.) And it’s why it’s often said that the subliminals can ‘grow with you’.

I’ve found that in almost every art form and discipline to which I have personally been exposed, it is very common to find that highly advanced practitioners eventually discover a new appreciation for the so-called ‘basic’ elements or rudiments of practice and training. There’s this sense that with the benefit of years of practice and experience, they are ‘finally able to express the real essence’ of such ‘basics’. But if you watch them performing those so-called basics, you can often discern a profound level of skill or mastery. That mastery is not in the exercise. It is in the person who’s doing the exercise.

I think the same would apply to the subliminal programs here.
