Does Ascended Mogul contain Limitless?
I think so. The sales page seems to have been rewritten a bit though and i don’t see it in the included modules list, but it may be part of the “and more!”
All that being said, even if it does, it’s usually a “LITE” version. So if you’re looking for the benefits of Limitless, your best (to me) option is to run Limitless. Or Quantum Limitless if you want to run all four stages

if you wanna run Limitless, i suggest running QL
its great to benefit from QL stages, such a promising sub just from reviews and the descreption
