Do microloops matter?

I’ve been running SC subs for two years straight now and I still am not sure what is best to be done. I have run main title subs for full 15 minute loops, 7min, 5min, 3min and 30 second microloops, and cannot tell or feel the difference among all of these times. Full 15 minute loops have the same effect as 3 min loops and vice versa. Both work great, both are effective. I don’t receive any noticable recon running any subs ever, except for a time where I tried running Quantum Limitless ST1, Dragon Reborn ST1 and EoG ST2 (all at full 15 minute loops) at the same time. Its the only time I’ve ever noticed anything negative running SC subs.

So my question is does it matter? I haven’t seen any official updates to listening times yet, so until there is a change I will stick to 15 minute loops (I only do two subs at once instead of three to get faster results). Is running microloops (less is more) better overall?

If you feel the same with shorter ones as you do with longer ones, why not go with less?

On the flip side, if you found a pattern that works for you, why does it matter?

Are you happy with your current system? Keep it going.

What I would try if I were you is keeping your current stack but trying to listen to a 30s loop, once or twice a week, on top of your current stack, to test the difference;

I would try being mindful and receptive, these are the reason I tried listening to micro loops. When I get to see the results I would think of it again and again.

Dragon Reborn is different though, it brought up the monster on me but It helps prepare me for the inevitable, it makes me a much stronger person.

There is beauty in everything, even in silence and darkness.

When things seems not working, it doesn’t mean it will never work.

Because feelings are not the best benchmark for the results. They’re useful when gauging reconciliation, however.

Introspecting, observing, experiencing, improving, the feedback we get from other people and journaling.

I don’t feel almost any difference (only initially) between running one loop every other day and running a few every day, yet I see the shifts in me and around me, which are more pronounced and profound in the latter case.

The only difficulty is reconciliation fog that makes gauging the shifts hard quite a lot. Oftentimes, we don’t even realize we’re getting it.

In my opinion, people, who are not good at what I’ve mentioned as the vital elements of a valid benchmark, should stick to the recommended pattern, unless they need microloops.

Another thing is, there are things more important than your subliminal input amount like taking action and relevant (to the desired shifts) experiences. In my experience, more input gives you more subconscious focus but the input in itself is not the main catalyst for the changes (the aforementioned factors are), yet more subconscious focus definitely helps. But it’s not like 5 times more input produces 5 times better results. There’s something to it that resembles the Pareto principle. However, 5 times more action taken and 5 times more relevant experiences yield “5 times” better results.

What’s great about ZP is that even an insignificant amount of action and experiences activates powerful shifts.

You could try my conscious Guidance method of choice.

Tell your subconscious to send you a signal when exposure is enough for best results.

It works rather well for me. I don’t experience any recon and get good results.

I think micro loops are like a quick sub shot to the brain before an immediate event …that’s what i do anyway aswell as full loops etc

I think that for some of us, including me, small increases can make the difference between a smooth and pleasant day and horrible recon nightmare scenarios.
I had to eat humble pie recently when I decided to up my loop from 1:00m to 1:30m on Wanted Black. 1:00m was great, but 1:30m just wrecked my day and made me feel all kinds of delibitating recon despite the aligned actions I took during the day, Never though that 30 seconds could make such a difference.

If you can handle 15 minutes with no issue, you’re good. Choose whatever time works for you and enjoy the results.

Absolutely…i had to try again listening for longer after a lot of talk about this in the last days and went from 1min of alchemist to 5 minutes…severly fatigued for the whole afternoon…i wanted to know it 🫣:scream::rofl:

I think its simply that everyone mind and brain works differently…So much comes into this, from biology and genetics up to personality paterns, nutrition, spiritual practices, etc.

To send me a signal while I’m listening to the loop, risking the signal not coming and going all the way to 15min? Or to send me a signal during the day saying “You should listen to x seconds every other day”?

You can try both.
I wouldn’t go longer than your usual length so, until you know this works for you.
