Hey all, I don’t want to seem pushy because I know SubClub is very busy however Im just way too excited about my custom. Does it usually take more than 5 days to be delivered?
I have build over 30 customs not once have they taken longer then the defined SLA.

Once in a rare while it takes more than 5 business daya to deliver.

Still haven’t received my custom and it’s says I’m not allowed to sumbit a ticket

Sometimes if you’re in a different country, there may be issues with delayed payment…I know there was a similar case where the person thought the payment went through, but there was a hold-up of the payment.

also in the states there was memorial day, which is a holiday for many businesses and government departments.

This custom is not late. The order came in at the end of the business day on May 26th, then we had Memorial Day Weekend in the United States, meaning this is actually business day 4. However, I was able to cross-reference your order against the date it was put in to see where it is in the queue. It’s slated to go out tonight or tomorrow.
