Disruptive reconciliation even with 15s microloops

I just had an horrible nightmare about one of the projects I’ve been working on for a long time being completely destroyed, and I can’t go back to sleep.

Normally after such intense emotions hit me in nightmares I wake up immediately, so I never stayed so many seconds living the nightmare! What a relief it was to see it was a nightmare…

This might mean:

  • The subs are still working on me, or
  • The effects from the subs became permanent and I keep releasing trauma while sleeping, and releasing bad emotions like anger during workouts, even without listening to subs.

Listen to as much as you can handle more or less comfortably, be it 1 second or 2 full loops. There’s no rush. As long as you get real results, you are good

By real results I mean real life improvement stuff. Overcoming fears, instilling new habits, etc - not just feeling good while listening to the sub

You will be able to listen longer, with more and more results eventually since your improvements will snowball

On primal I did lay down naked in front of people at the river to realy bring all insecurities up and out until I felt natural naked.

Seems to works excellent to do action that are a main objective in the subs goal,specially if you bring yourself willingly into a unconformable situation to speed up the process

Result : very fast integration of a main part of the script and no recon at all and a super good feeling afterwards that still is present to this day

The worst thing one can do is to try to resist reconciliation psychologically. One needs to let it overflow them and focus on doing or even just thinking of something else.

Also don’t forget, you don’t need to listen for 15 seconds if the recon is to strong. 5 seconds can still deliver results with reduced recon.

This type of recon I’m complaining about which is about getting so sleepy that I have to lie on the couch (vomiting was a one time thing so far, and anger seems to disappear with workouts that leave me almost knocked out) also happened with Love Bomb, so yes so far it happens with any title with me.

It never happened when I started listening to the titles (only after some listenings), but as soon as it starts, just listening to 1 very short micro loop is enough to make me sleepy, even if I do a washout before.

So it looks like I become more sensitive to the titles the more I listen.

Running a Khan Black st4 & Sanguine custom at the moment. The first 3 loops made me sleepy and one burst out of aggression.

Now on the 4th loop everything is OK.

Maybe your subconscious just works through something that will be revealed in the future for you.

Wouldn’t it be so nice if our subconscious would tell us “I’m busy working on subject A at the moment, so don’t worry, just keep doing what you’re doing, and give me a break from subs. I’ll let you know when I finish.” :sunglasses:

There’s scripting which helps you regulate your exposure if you are able to listen to the signals from the body

Right… So the fact that my intuition is telling me to not go back to listening yet and to choose option 2, when coming back to it, might mean this was worked out by the scripting and my subconscious together.

A thorough health check is a very vague term, so what exams are you specifically thinking about, and can I ask why do you think I should do them?

I’ll tell you one thing that has helped me massively improve my results across all areas of my life -

Therapy with a good psychologist

Literally life changing, has helped me deal with anxiety, sadness, anger, suppressed emotions, fear, etc (all common recon emotions)

And like Saint has mentioned, recon isn’t a process that is unique to subliminal use. It’s a naturally occurring mental, emotional, and physical process that happens whenever we as individuals begin to adapt to new circumstances or changes in our environment.

With subs, the change is in our mental and emotional environment. With exercise, the change is in our physical environment and the recon can come in the form of soreness, demotivation (as the mind rebels against a disruption to homeostasis), over-motivation (the sneaky mind trying to burn us out and self sabotage), etc.

A good therapist will help you see all that in yourself, and reframe your thinking so you are better able to tackle it

That’s been my experience lately, at least. Took a while to find my current psychologist, but she’s the best and I pay her happily.

The symptoms you mentioned are really strange when you point to the subs as their cause. I think there may be some underlying health issue. Hopefully not.

I have no idea what it could be that’s why I suggested something more than just a blood test. However, it’s a good start.

The support advised me to go with option 2 too.

Sunday morning I went with a 1m loop and had to sleep during Sunday afternoon and Wednesday afternoon.

It still is not clear to me what is triggered that makes me sleep, but I’ll keep investigating.

Meanwhile, since I already had to sleep 2 afternoons in a week, I conclude that a 1m loop per week is also too much. I’ll try 15s or 5s next Sunday.

I decided not to listen today after all, as I’m still feeling some recon, and next time I’m going to listen to 1s instead of 15s, because I remember with Love Bomb at some stage even 5s would cause me disruptive recon.

So instead of always falling into disruptive recon and going backwards on loops duration, I’ll just cut it to the minimum and if it works then I’ll increase the length.

Friday morning, listened to a 1.5s loop, since the first 0.5s of Ascension is silent, so I guess it only starts counting after that.

A few hours later, before going to the gym I started feeling sleepy, but I could continue sailing through the recon, and so I went to the gym on purpose to expose myself to people and to the new reality.

Before going to sleep I started to feel lustful. During sleep I woke up feeling a big urge to masturbate and so I spent the night turning around in bed thinking about sex. When I woke up, it was uncontrollable and I had to masturbate.

Then I started to feel sleepy again, and I was sleeping on the couch and bed for about 11 hours!

Now, yesterday’s sleepiness might have been due to the following:

  • Recon
  • Masturbation
  • Having eaten some food that had a strange smell on it and which I have thrown away, after masturbating
  • It was the Autumn equinox
  • All of the above might have contributed to it :neutral_face:

Anyway today recon is almost gone, I don’t feel stressed out, restless, or that my brain is hyperactive, like when I listened to 1m loops.

So I listened to another 1.5s loop, at night, to give it enough time for me to get lustful before going to the gym, and to let it all out at the gym by doing exercise.

Edit: by mistake I didn’t press the right button on my media player and instead of 1.5s it played 3s today…

That’s funny because when I used Ascension in the past I had so much energy I got an urge to start doing Muay Thai, got my first lessons thanks to Ascension.

After each session I cried in my car on the way home, not from getting hit lmao but from experience a lot of trauma come to the surface and after I finished crying I felt very good.

So yeah if I would do Ascension again I will definitely slam the hell out of a heavy bag.
