Disruptive reconciliation even with 15s microloops

Hi,

I posted this as a support ticket, but I like to hear as many opinions as possible, and I’ll share here the official answer, so that in the future other people going through this can find a solution here:

I’m listening just to Ascension.

I couldn’t finish my last cycle because of vomiting.

After more than a week, I started a new cycle with 1m loops. After the third listening day I hit disruptive reconciliation.

So again I took a break for more than 1 week. After the break I listened to a 15s microloop. I hit disruptive reconciliation again.

It has now passed 2 weeks since my last listening.

A few days ago I finally got energy, productive and organized again. I could finally reorganize and prioritize my personal backlog.

Even though, I’m starting to feel insecure (losing my confidence), frustrated, anger, and I would like to go back to listening.

Now I feel afraid of going to listen to a 15s microloop and to see myself having to lay on the couch to sleep and having another disruptive and unproductive week because of recon.

Options:

  1. Listen to a 5 minutes or 15 minutes loop and don’t listen again for the whole cycle. Never tried this, don’t know what can happen, but it can definitely go wrong.

  2. Listen to 1m loops only once per week. This seems the best option to me.

  3. Keep following the official listening schedule with 15s loops (how?). By following the official listening schedule, it looks like nothing is happening, but things to process keep accumulating in the background, and so when I reach the end of the cycle or enter execution mode, something really bad happens with someone, or I get fever, vomiting, etc.

  4. Keep with my break for 1 or more weeks. My personal backlog has grown too big. Wouldn’t listen to more loops, just cause confusion and make it get even bigger and disorganized again?

BTW, I got some positive results, which seem to be permanent, since I’m not listening regularly for a long time. For example women look a lot at me, or everyone I talk to considering me a high status man (even though I didn’t make any new friend so far). I became a good listener, I control very well my emotions, I’m acting in a mysterious way (even though I don’t like to act in this way and this is not me, but if it works to have results let it be), I’m calmer, and I’m more focused on my current mission. In terms of physical shift, my lower eyelids got bigger and my face looks larger and more developed.

Perhaps you could take a break from this sub for a while. I had terrible reconciliation the first time I tried to listen to HS. I had to stop because I felt terribly weak. After it was updated I went back to it (5’ loops only) and I could feel the effects from day 1, no recon at all.

With an alpha title like Ascension, you HAVE to take action to avoid recon. Action on Ascension is going to the gym regularly (builds confidence, expends excess energy), working on something you want to develop – and with this, it can be pretty much anything, even doing something like consistently aim training for a first person shooter – working on a business, going out and being social.

The purpose is to affirm the changes you’re trying to produce through action. If you can’t take consistent action, you’ll need to do more base inner work.

Ascension is the lightest of all the alpha titles, and the script is incredibly mild compared to something like Emperor. With recon you’re describing, there’s something deep within you that’s triggering these reactions. Vomiting, for example, is a generally a result of deep seated fears being brought to the surface.

If you have access to a heavy bag, the next time you test Ascension, spend 30 minutes slamming the hell out of it to release that stuck energy. Even going for a brisk walk on a hot day (something about being in sunlight and sweating due to physical effort really alleviates recon).

Tai chi, Qigong, intense prayer if you’re spiritual, will release pent up energy. This may sound a bit counterintuitive, but attempting to provoke a deep crying sessions (maybe thinking about something sad – tested this myself, it does work) will also have the side effect of alleviating recon.

This is very good advice.
How i experience recon, its unexpressed stuck emotional energy. I used to not beeing able to even feel emotions…not even talking about expressing them…how should a subliminal work then?

The thing is with learning to feel emotions and expressing them (as far as i learned it in somatic experiencing theraphy): it needs another human beeing to mirror and update the mirror neurons. Most of us have learned to shove down and bury emotions as children.

Subliminals are an amazing tool for change, transformation and healing. But the basis is emotional maturity. And i personaly believe that subliminals alone cant help there, as it needs this morroring that most of us havent gotten in our childhood, as parents were to busy earning money and getting there stuff going. But i may be projecting from my experience to the collective.

I’ve had recon lift from just doing deep stretches for 30 minutes. Forgot to mention that.

I found myself doing this when I first joined the subliminal audio world… it really did help me!

At first, I was worried I was becoming addicted to crying, but as time passed, I didn’t need to do it as much in such an intense manner.

It would be, like, totally most triumphant if, like, examples were added to the Q&A articles, you know? But, like, even better? We should add some, like, tailored actions for everyone to take so reconciliation doesn’t, like, totally overtake you.

We already have, like, some examples in the protips of some titles, which is excellent! But, dude, it might seem, like, obvious to some what actions to take. But for others, it might not be, so it would also serve as, like, a most excellent reminder and, like, totally inspire everyone. Party on, dude!

Agree, it could be like recommendations. But I wonder if the solution to recon could be so individual and hard to give specific actions to take.

Thats funny because sometimes recon feels exactly like having a cry “locked” inside for god knows how long and it requieres some effort to open the gates and let it all out.
Afterwards the relief is intense.

Funnier than that is DRR 3 is making me feel just like that since this morning.

  1. Why do you have the impression that I don’t take too much action?
  • I go to the gym 3 times per week consistently and I do heavy and intense workouts. This week we are in deload week, so the workouts are less intense, and this might explain why the anger started to accumulate. This also means that the subs are still working on me and bringing anger to the surface, even after all this time without listening.

  • I take showers with Himalayan salt regularly to clean negative energies due to envy and I put some more in a bowl at home and change the salt regularly, and it seems to work well.

  • I have been into the sun light regularly.

  • Recently I’m doing stretches and more mobility exercises.

  • Since I don’t have any friends physically close to me at the moment, I have been going out in public, walking inside big shopping malls, or taking very long (and sometimes fast) walks in the city to expose myself to an enormous amount of people, making lots of eye contact, and talking to some of them in shops or restaurants.

  • I have been working regularly on my tasks to organize my personal life in a way that I can go to work abroad (except when I have disruptive recon). This is my main goal at the moment besides finding a new sexual partner.

  • I do lots of self improvements tasks like shopping for clothes, concerning the improvement of my looks, or even practicing technique for weightlifting.

  • I registered for a trial Salsa dancing class next week and hope to start doing it regularly.

  • I journal every day my results.

  • I do lots of introspection. Actually I overdo it and over analyze, but I’m going to improve that.

  • I take cold showers with some regularity to expel demons and negative energies from my body.

Also let me make clear that the vomiting happened after an intense workout session, but at the time I didn’t have how to clean from negative energies, so it might have been due to envies precisely at the gym.
BTW, I have been going to another gym and I’m feeling much better. It’s just a shame because the best technique is in the previous gym, and I would like to be loved and admired by everyone, instead of getting absent from a place.

At the new gym I’m respected and I’m admired when I work out. People and women see me as an high status man. I noticed it is much easier when I start from the scratch with new people. The people that I already knew (and who have something against me), don’t want to recognize my ascension, get upset by it, and try everything to take me down. Again it shouldn’t have to be this way, as I want to be friends with everyone.

  1. I’m only feeling anger during the last days. The typical recon I’m talking about is that kind of recon that makes me sleep during the afternoon. How I’m going to workout (and in an intense way) if I feel sleepy?

Crying sessions work, I’ve done them too but by chance because some thoughts come to my mind, not regularly, so I’ll keep this extra tool in mind.

There is an intense video game I like to play but I haven’t played for a long time. Have to go back to it when I start feeling too energetic.

I’m spiritual (remember that you replied to me on this thread Spiritual cleaning and shield ?) but isn’t what I do already enough? Because I have to manage my time and I can’t be doing and learning so many things right now.

According to this definition of emotional maturity (Emotional Maturity - Definition, Signs, Types, & Ways to Develop the Skill) I’m emotional mature now, and this is a result of using Ascension.

I could someday try somatic experiencing theraphy. Doing a quick Google search I didn’t find any therapist in my city, so I would have to go to a therapist in a different city.

I don’t know if these therapists are psychologists, as I’m reluctant to try consulting more of them. Almost every time I did, there was great incompetence and disrespect.

Releasing things in a somatic (ex: physical exercise) works much better for me, and is quicker and simpler.

I just had an horrible nightmare about one of the projects I’ve been working on for a long time being completely destroyed, and I can’t go back to sleep.

Normally after such intense emotions hit me in nightmares I wake up immediately, so I never stayed so many seconds living the nightmare! What a relief it was to see it was a nightmare…

This might mean:

  • The subs are still working on me, or
  • The effects from the subs became permanent and I keep releasing trauma while sleeping, and releasing bad emotions like anger during workouts, even without listening to subs.

Listen to as much as you can handle more or less comfortably, be it 1 second or 2 full loops. There’s no rush. As long as you get real results, you are good

By real results I mean real life improvement stuff. Overcoming fears, instilling new habits, etc - not just feeling good while listening to the sub

You will be able to listen longer, with more and more results eventually since your improvements will snowball

On primal I did lay down naked in front of people at the river to realy bring all insecurities up and out until I felt natural naked.

Seems to works excellent to do action that are a main objective in the subs goal,specially if you bring yourself willingly into a unconformable situation to speed up the process

Result : very fast integration of a main part of the script and no recon at all and a super good feeling afterwards that still is present to this day

The worst thing one can do is to try to resist reconciliation psychologically. One needs to let it overflow them and focus on doing or even just thinking of something else.

Also don’t forget, you don’t need to listen for 15 seconds if the recon is to strong. 5 seconds can still deliver results with reduced recon.

This type of recon I’m complaining about which is about getting so sleepy that I have to lie on the couch (vomiting was a one time thing so far, and anger seems to disappear with workouts that leave me almost knocked out) also happened with Love Bomb, so yes so far it happens with any title with me.

It never happened when I started listening to the titles (only after some listenings), but as soon as it starts, just listening to 1 very short micro loop is enough to make me sleepy, even if I do a washout before.

So it looks like I become more sensitive to the titles the more I listen.

Running a Khan Black st4 & Sanguine custom at the moment. The first 3 loops made me sleepy and one burst out of aggression.

Now on the 4th loop everything is OK.

Maybe your subconscious just works through something that will be revealed in the future for you.

Wouldn’t it be so nice if our subconscious would tell us “I’m busy working on subject A at the moment, so don’t worry, just keep doing what you’re doing, and give me a break from subs. I’ll let you know when I finish.” :sunglasses:

There’s scripting which helps you regulate your exposure if you are able to listen to the signals from the body
